Rudy is an exceptionally amazing Personal Trainer! I have been working out with weights for many years. After I reached plateau 10 years ago, I struggled to overcome it for years but no success. Just imagine that being stuck with the same level of strength and body fat composition ever since without much progress, lifting same weights days in days out. So when Rudy approached me regarding Personal Training, I wanted to give it a shot, maybe I could make a break-through. And I am so glad now I made the decision to do it and sign up with him. After 20 years of working out with weights and staying active (swimming, running, skiing, and others), I thought I should have known almost everything about bodybuilding and my current impasse was a result of genetics. And it seems I am on the way to surpass it again in days and months ahead. WOW!!!
