So far, this company has been delightful to work with! They make communication easy by offering multiple options such as texting and email instead of just calling. They are very friendly, helpful, and excellent at texting me back when I have questions or scheduling issues. I've only used them for lawn mowing and an irrigation issue assessment so far, but they gave me some very helpful tips to make my sad front lawn look better and it's already improving! And their pricing is super reasonable and competitive!

My first appointment (March 23rd) was missed, and I was told it was due to confusion and that my appointment had been canceled by mistake. I accepted the apology and rescheduled for March 31st. Today, the day before the new appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told I wasn't on the schedule again. When I asked for clarification (understandably, since this happened twice), I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told I could "find someone else" if I didn't like it. Mistakes happen but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are not acceptable. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend confirming everything multiple times or looking elsewhere.
