However, I was particularly let down by the car wash situation. When I scheduled the service, I requested a car wash, and the service advisor assured me it would be included. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was informed that it couldn't go through their automated wash. I understand that certain vehicles may not be compatible, but I was disappointed that no alternative was offered. A simple hand wash would have been a thoughtful gesture and would have greatly improved my overall experience. It feels like a broken promise, and it left me feeling dissatisfied. Regrettably, this is the second Subaru dealership in my experience that has fallen short on their promised commitments. Edit: Spoke with Noah, he very quickly resolved the issue!

Each oil change was met with "no record of this and that" and "we can't honor it". We called ahead and spoke to Dan in the service department who assured us there would be no issue, upon pickup, they wanted to charge full cost. Where is the customer service? I ended up with Maurice and my experience was not nearly as pleasant as my friends. I felt as though I was misled several times and then advised to get a vehicle that had damage to the hood and was told they "might" be able to get it fixed for me. This was not even the car I wanted, he told me that car "wasn't good for me" without explaining why. I decided I did not want to proceed with the sale due to this and was pushed by this salesman heavily. To the extent that it became apparent I was being treated differently because I was a single woman there without a man. Once this salesman realized the sale wasn't going to go through he started trying to pressure my friend and telling her confidential information about my loan & to get me to close the deal and attempted to make me feel like I wouldn't be able to secure a deal anywhere else. My friend had Christian and her experience was really good, she ended up leaving with a car. I ended up leaving without a car and needing to have a conversation with the manager. The manager was very professional and handled my concerns. I don't think this is a reflection of the dealership as a whole but more so that specific salesman.

Now have to go somewhere else and pay again to have them adjust the camber to my right front wheel which was the entire reason I was there in the first place.

I went to the Tiffin Ave, Findlay location to get some wings that were on a special deal, 10 for $5.00, in SEVERAL cases, I get the reply that either they have run out of one flavor, they don't have anyone to make them, or, in the case yesterday, they don't cook them after 5 pm. So today at 3:45, I called the store on Tiffin Ave, they tell me that they won't be making anymore until tomorrow morning. TOMORROW MORNING? they are not traditionally breakfast foods, and I know that people may buy them in the morning for lunch later, but you don't even make them for traditionally dinner time! These are 24 hours stores. in one case, on Trenton Ave with a kitchen, they don't even carry the wings! What the what? Either Speedway needs to post a policy on when food will be ready for purchase, hire people who know how to microwave instead of standing around doing nothing when they could be making the hot food, or stop advertising cooked/microwaved food and stay in your lane and sell overpriced gasoline! Geeze! What a poor business model!

The day we picked it up the brakes starting going out on the way home and we discovered a brake line had been broke. Took the truck back and they said they didn't do it. Now, don't get me wrong, dad's truck was getting old, but when you have the brake line go out on you on your back from the service station, something just doesn't seem right. The owner started getting all mad at my father, (which not to brag, but is one of the most honest guys I know) at which point I stepped into the conversation explaining that yes, the truck was old, but the line JUST got broke? (and know, I wasn't even yelling lol) After being yelled at and having a finger pointed in my face, we decided it was time to leave. Hopefully I never need transmission work, but if I do, it won't be from here.
