Unfortunately since our last trip 2 or 3 years ago, the outlet has been a bit "gutted". Many of our favorite stores no longer exist. But as I said, we were on a "mission" of sorts, 1 being to find comfy shoes for my brother, that slipped on and off easily. Due to some physical challenges, it was imperative to find this type of shoe. After my "pre searching the stores", so he didn't have to do too much walking, I came upon "Famous Footwear". I, his sister was bound and determined to find us "good help" and walk out with a pair of shoes. By the grace and my perseverance, I met JAXON "A STAR" who was absolutely PHENOMENAL, best in the store. He knew his merchandise, pulled out all the stops for every possible option and treated my brother with the utmost kindness and respect. I truly can't thank him enough and extend a glowing review. Give him a raise or promote him. He is a top notch sales person, with a clear vision of what good/great customer service is all about. Jaxon went above and beyond to help us. I could not last all weekend without something to cover me up. I did not want to purchase a sweater when I have a million at home. I knew that if I found a Goodwill, I would find something. When we were parked at other campsites, we drove the truck to nearby locations, but no luck. This time we were pulling the camper and I saw the beautiful sign. GOODWILL I made my husband pull in thinking that I would have to jump out while he turned the camper around, quickly go in the store, then leave since we would not be able to park. For some reason when I saw the word Rack, I thought it was Nordstrom Rack Shoes but found out it wasn't when I was about to pay and asked, can I use my Nordstrom card? The cashier said, you can try. They have many brands of footwear, socks and more. It's a help yourself shop where you find your size and can try on whatever delights you. I saw many cute styles and colors but settled on a Nike slide and a Teva sandals. Unfortunately my two pairs didn't qualify for their on-going sale. I wasn't going to walk out empty handed after finding 2 pairs that fit. I've yet to wear them here but will do so soon. Happy comfy feet might keep you happy.
