The salon is really nice and clean, and they have a large selection of products for sale. Anna is the best; she's so friendly and knowledgeable. She asked me what I hoped for and explained various options and what she thought would be best. After an AMAZING shampoo & massage she performed magic on my hair. No shampoo, just a choppy dry cut that was supposed to be no shorter than my waist. When I said it seemed too short, she told me that long hair is not flattering on my body type, told me I need to work out until I sweat. When I emailed her to tell her I was unhappy with how uneven, frizzy and not even close to how I wanted it was, she blamed me and "hormones." I guess if you're someone who will gossip about kissing married men in bars she will treat you well, otherwise you'll pay $150 for a dry, frizzy chop and be told you're fat by someone your same size.
