This is a lovely store, and a lot of people seem to like it a lot, and we can see why. It's located at the Memorial City Mall, lost amongst the enormity, and that's where you can find it. I think they generally do a great job and even Barbie likes them, although they don't have a ton of stuff that she's into, and one major caveat would be that they are quite expensive, especially this location. But I still recommend that you check it out and see if they have something that appeals to you.

I took this opportunity to look around the store. Like all J Jill stores, they only carry misses sizes in the store. Women's (euphemism for plus size) are carried online. I love the current color palette and I also love how serene the store is. All the stores have the same feel to them, like an oasis in the mall. The woman who helped me return my items kept trying to crack jokes, but I wasn't in the mood. Anyway, she informed me about the free shipping if they do the ordering for me. I can come in or call and place my order with a sales associate and never pay shipping. If you are looking for women's clothing then this is a must visit in your mall adventures. The best entrance is between Dillard's and Sears. J Jill is located toward Dillard's inside the Memorial City Mall. Don't make the mistake of going on Tax Free Weekend like we did (we didn't know!) because the parking is tough.

I specifically asked the counter service lady if there's no display for me to verify and they booth she said she would tell me the price of each item at billing she didn't . And come home and I saw I was billed twice for one item amount 32$ and then I had to go and explain the issue and almost denying that I even bought anything 2 days ago as their system didn't show anything . Then they seemed confused if I returned some stuff which was non returnable but then one of the h ladies came and she went in the back of the store to verify if I was telling the truth I think by going to brought the cctv footage . She came back after a few minutes and apologized for the double billing mistake . I was glad Atleast she verified and processed a return amount . I was relieved that atleast that saved me a call to cc company to cancel the charge. This just left a bad taste in my mouth for future trips .

After looking around for a few mins, I eventually had to ask someone to help assist me. She asked me to wait one moment as she was finishing up with something and I told her that's fine. After 10-15 mins she didn't even bother getting back to me. She ended up greeting other customers and walking around but I was literally 1 of 2 customers in the store. I wasn't sure how I was being forgotten. She eventually made eye contact with me and after she realized I was looking at her, she said "Omg I'm so sorry, let me go check on that for you". I was so irritated that I eventually just left the store.

My mom and I both looked at each other and said, "Was she seriously just following us from room to room?!? How rude!"
