It's always Quality over quantity when purchasing from Banana Republic, and their sister brands. No wonder why Athleta use to offer alterations, when I worked at BR, in River Oaks (Highland Village) we offered that as well. I'm sad that this classic offer has discontinued throughout the entire Athleta. The last location to end this sweet service was Rice village. I love the fabric of their pieces here. Everything feels amazing. I found out they had dress style pants in the same material and other stylish pieces. I always thought it was just yoga pants and sport tops. The service was friend from Celina, she was helpful and knowledgeable. All retail items are 20%Off from the original price. Their billing system doesn't have a display facing the customer , so you don't really know what they are billing . I specifically asked the counter service lady if there's no display for me to verify and they booth she said she would tell me the price of each item at billing she didn't . And come home and I saw I was billed twice for one item amount 32$ and then I had to go and explain the issue and almost denying that I even bought anything 2 days ago as their system didn't show anything . Then they seemed confused if I returned some stuff which was non returnable but then one of the h ladies came and she went in the back of the store to verify if I was telling the truth I think by going to brought the cctv footage . She came back after a few minutes and apologized for the double billing mistake . I was glad Atleast she verified and processed a return amount . The owner, I think her name is Naveera, was very kind with her guidance and suggestions. I was only looking for young kids' clothes size 2 years to 3 years. The things I liked, unfortunately, the size was not available, but I decided to buy a few sets. Like other desi businesses, price tags were missing, so I hesitated to pick up the clothes. The person who was helping me said, don't worry about the prices, we will manage, I looked at her, and she seemed sincere, so I told her I was more interested in the one she didn't have the size available. She said these are very nice and again she will give me reasonable prices. She took all my stuff to the counter, and usually, the person who helped likes to write down the invoice so they know what customers' needs were. When I went to the counter, there was this gentleman. I am sure the owner greeted me and started questions like is this my first visit, where I am from etc., now. Macy's or target will not ask you for personal things, so enjoy might it last. My sales lady was standing next to him packing the stuff. After a long conversation, I held the bag and rushed out because I got late for the second appointment. I came home and checked. I was charged a completely unknown amount (no price tag items), and no discount was provided from the sales personas promised. Yes, it's my fault. I should have checked my receipt before leaving the store, so I called them and asked for the same person who could help me. So I asked her what happend? She replied I didn't say anything, so she charged me full prices. I wondered what was the total cost since there were no price tags? So here is the Red Flag. If they say don't worry, we will take care of the price at the counter, do not pick the item till you know the price. I hope this can save you some frustrations.

I decided to visit Houston to try to find an outfit that matched both my expectations and budget. Princess Couture satisfied both requirements! Hiba was so patient and helpful. She helped me find outfits for both my sister and I. My sister was not with me but had specific requests that princess couture was able to help me meet! Some of the pieces that I wanted to purchase were not the right size. The team was able to take my measurements and alter the outfits for my custom fit. All salwar suits came with sleeves which we had added on. All of these alterations were done within three hours and I was able to take them home with me to Austin that same day.
