With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

Upon entrance, I was immediately greeted by Tan, my masseuse. She was super sweet and accommodating. Filled out some normal history questionnaire paperwork and then was directed to a large room. The Thai massage table was huge and had bars on top for the masseuse to be able to hold onto, for pressure walk massage. Ok to keep underwear on. Soothing music was on in the background. She performed a Thai/combo one hour massage. The best massage ever! A combo of her weight, whether lightly walking or sitting on the back of your body, then deep tissue using her hands, and lastly stretching the upper and lower body. Deep tissue was eased out with strokes to smooth out the muscles. Practically every large muscle group was massaged or stretched. And she frequently checked on me during the massage regarding depth of pressure and if I was ok. She found a sore spot in both my shoulders. Man ! super painful, but with pain comes healing. Their prices are outstanding in compared to other places and easily got me in immediately. I saw a lovely lady by the name of TAN for a 90 minute massage she had me leaving that place floating. I would absolutely recommend And will be visiting again when in town.
