Super friendly staff and quick service. They offer a good amount of different drink and food options. Breakfast sausage burrito was bomb.

Best coffee prices in town. Breakfast and lunch menu looks good but it just opened and haven't tried it yet

I'm sure on any other day this would've been a five-star experience so I'm gonna chalk it up to…read morebeing a fluke. However, it was a very unsavory fluke. Walking in, I fell in love with the adorable, retro chic without being too pretentious vibe. The barista was so friendly that I felt like I made a new best friend upon arriving. And I was the first person there. I made a point to get there right after they opened because I was on a road trip, and I needed to get back on the road quickly. So I ordered a quick toast and a Cortado. The coffee came out quickly and was good, and then after 15-ish minutes, I was still waiting for the food, I thought maybe they forgot the order, so I went up to my new bestie and asked them about it, and apparently someone who was supposed to be there to make the food wasn't there yet. That was extremely frustrating. I wish they had warned me in advance that there might be a wait for the food because I would've opted not to order it, but at that point I was committed since going elsewhere would just tack on more time. 20 mins after that, I finally got my toast. Yes, 35 minutes to deliver a toasted piece of bread with some toppings and a small bed of lettuce with blueberries and seeds. At that point, I was bummed cause now my whole day was delayed. Fortunately, the toast was yum, and I know this place is beloved, so I think they just need to make sure they have someone reliable taking care of the food preparation on Sunday mornings. No more Saturday night party people!

Copeka is a nice funky coffee shop. They carry coffee from one of the most celebrated roasters in…read morethe country, Cat and Cloud. My wife likes their espresso based drinks (cappuccino, etc.). A friend likes their teas. Their sandwiches are OK and I've never had issues with their service. So, why the low rating? Their pour over and batch coffee are insanely acidic. I could not finish either cup. Why? What happened? Are they not using the wonderful Cat and Cloud coffee in production? I've made coffee at home using Cat and Cloud beans bought at Copeka and really liked it. Are they using the same grind for the espresso drinks and the pour over and batch drinks? The very fine grind needed to make a good espresso drink is too fine for a batch or pour over coffee and makes the drink acidic. Are their baristas poorly trained on pour over and batch brewing? I've seen several reviews praising their pour over and batch coffee, but they date from 2019. Has something changed in the interim? It's hard to tell, but I think I'll keep looking for a coffee shop more to my liking.

This used to be one of our favorite local breakfast spots, but it's really gone downhill. Service…read moreis minimalist by design, ambiance and decor are nice but dark & dreary during the winter months due to the lighting. I could mention several criticisms of recent managerial decisions, but I'll just limit it to one. The "American Breakfast" has disappeared, replaced by an a la carte ordering model. I assume this reflects price creep and the reality that the market will not support a $20 counter-service breakfast (especially one that prompts for pre-tipping) when a comparable $12 option is available across the street at a full-service restaurant. Combined with long wait times and lukewarm food, caused by either amateurs in the kitchen or lackadaisical food delivery by the counter-staff, Cafe Sol has regretfully moved to my "occasionally OK" list.

The greens added a little kick, the onions perfectly sliced; almost paper thin. The green chiles cut into little morsels add that Smokey bit we crave when we think of fiesta style foods. There were bits of queso fresco crumbled over the whole thing, giving that tang. Even the brown rice was treated with the utmost respect and has the most amazing flavor and hearty texture! Lastly, I'm sure someone back there made that citrus crema from scratch and I basically licked that little ramekin clean! Thank you, thank you! A stop anyone in Junction will not regret!
