Today was the hardest visit we have ever had to Enstrom's. My special needs brother loved Enstrom's ice cream. Every visit we had to stop in every day for ice cream. Larry would grab his cup of ice cream and go sit at the back tables. He wouldn't wait for us, he had a mission. Today, my husband and I stopped in and had some ice cream. Still fabulous. But hard without Larry, who we lost in April. We will stop in again Thursday as it would have been Larry's 60th. He would have liked that. Great chocolates and toffee. It was awesome to see the pilot plant and the factory through the windows. There were free samples of almond toffee which was nice to try. I got a kids scoop and it ended up being too sweet and rich after a while. I wasnt a fan of the cookie dough flat chunks inside. They were really sugary and weird texture but the flavor of ice cream was nice, it just got too much. read more

This is a Grand Junction, Colorado MUST visit for their famous toffee. This toffee has so much butter that it should be stored refrigerated. They have an extensive variety of toffee. I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping to get my product by the 24th on Dec 18th for a family Christmas party. It did't get shipped until the 21st saying it would arrive on the 24th. Today I received a message it now will arrive on the 26th which is worthless to me. I ask for a refund on the shipping and they are willing to do nothing!! I will not be buying from them agai. We first had Enstrom last year, when we were gifted a box of Almond Toffee. My husband and I absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to check out the store when we went back to Colorado. The store is next to the headquarters, it was really nice and spacious. They have a small area where you can sit and enjoy a coffee with some sweets. I couldn't believe they also had ice cream! I unfortunately didn't get to try it because we got there in the morning and didn't have breakfast yet. Their selection was endless! But we were on a mission... to bring boxes and boxes of Almond Toffee back to friends and family in California. Oh and don't forget to "check in" on Yelp! You'll get a free small coffee! A local legend and for good reason. Enstrom toffee is amazing and they have samples on hand if you want to try before you buy. They have a huge selection of candies. This location also has an ice cream shop and a coffee shop. I had the most delicious chocolate milkshake with toffee pieces. The customer service is top notch. This place is great! read more

FIrst of all, it pains me to write this review. I have been going to Enstrom's for five years now. Other than an occasional misshap, I would have to give 7 stars for those five years. This can be credited to the staff that worked the coffee and candy counters prior to 2023. There has been a major turnover in personal at the candy/coffee store in recent months. Many of the long term employees are now working in the backrooms. They knew how to make the drinks consistently. They also seemed to know how to keep busy and make sure tables were cleaned. Around December of 2023, a new influx of staff began working. In that time, coffee drinks seem to be hit or miss, 50/50. You can tell when you pick up your coffee that something is wrong. Its the weight that tells you. When you open these, you see that instead of steamed milk, its foam. Or, a drink such as a Mocha has too much chocolate in it and is too sweet. We have now begun looking for other coffeehouses to go to. We will miss Enstrom's. But we are tired of the inconsistency. read more

He wanted me to bring some back for his family, who are now in Cali. Great toffee. I'm try now to eat sweets but when I tasted Enstroms... couldn't resist. We bought boxes and boxes to carry back to Cali. I also got their toffee lovers ice cream ($2.55) for a generous scoop was the best ice cream I had in a long time!!! I have traveled extensively around the US stopping in at a lot of candie and ice cream shops. This place is SOOO under rated on their products. I can truly say they do have the best candies that I have ever had. I never cared for the big names like Godiva who is all about marketing. These chocolates and candies are so much better and less over powering like some of the competitors. A perfect balance. Did I mention that the ice cream was top notch? Purchased a bar from a local store. Almonds tasted stale, despite an okay expiration date. We contacted the company regarding their product and they were the least helpful of any company I have ever contacted regarding a product quality issue. They disregarded our complaint entirely, telling us they couldn't help because we bought their product from a store, not directly from them! Absolutely awful customer support!!! Will not buy again!!! I have an update following the company reaching back out to me following my initial review. Their second attempt at assisting us was much better and they more than replaced the bad product. The toffies are delicious (when you don't get unlucky with bad almonds - see initial review). I wish it hadn't taken a bad review to get good customer service, but perhaps we just ran across a bad nut (pun intended). read more

Walked in and one of the employees walked out and looked like he was ready to greet us but instead just looked at us and said nothing. I left.
