Classes are taught to be simple enough for beginners to join but challenging enough for advanced athletes. As a result, every type of person walks through the doors here - age, gender, race, identity - and they're all welcomed in. It takes me 30 minutes one way to get here. On that drive, I think of how many studios I pass - many of which I've tried but none of which have stuck for me. I gladly do that drive up to 5 times a week because the community here is simply unmatched.
