So far I have tried: +Best of 2010 with Zoe +Rise & Rihanna with Allison +Bad Bunny Sundays with Cher +Rufus and Friends with Zoe Every instructor has amazing energy and guides you along the way to move with the music. I also love that the staff is super friendly at check in, will help you with your bike, and the studio is immaculate. You can rent shoes at the studio so you have a more comfortable ride, and they provide you with a towel every time. Be prepared to sweat and ride out at your own pace and have a great time. You can park in the garage at Merrick park but my pro tip is to take a class before 9 am and park on the street because the meters don't run until 9 am. Classes are taught to be simple enough for beginners to join but challenging enough for advanced athletes. As a result, every type of person walks through the doors here - age, gender, race, identity - and they're all welcomed in. It takes me 30 minutes one way to get here. On that drive, I think of how many studios I pass - many of which I've tried but none of which have stuck for me. I gladly do that drive up to 5 times a week because the community here is simply unmatched. Not only that, but I now have defined abs even when I'm bloated, post-vacay, haven't worked out in a week, etc. and that comes from the consistency, support and methodology that only Rhythm and Release has offered me in South Florida. The space is small but well planned and everything looked pretty new and clean. There is the main room with weights and TRX, and the second floor with some machines, bands, medicine balls and more weights. There is also a room with bikes for cycling classes but I haven't tried those yet. The first half of the class included weights and for the rest of the time there was a short circuit that included TRX, going up the stairs, burpees and ball slams. I really enjoyed the variety of moves. The instructor was good at explaining the exercises and she was helping everyone out since we had a small class. They also provide a towel if you need it. If you need to use the restroom you have to use the main Citadel bathroom which wasn't a problem on a Saturday morning. Would love to go back to try more classes!

Been looking for something to rev me back into pushing myself. Motivators need motivating. Hadn't been to a spin class in years, heard about this new studio opening and decided to try the first 6 am class. Worked us, worked it, pushed, amazing, revved up my energy level all day. Couple days later tried the 30/30, which is 30 minutes spin, 30 minutes functional training, again was worked, pushed and i left it all there. Maria Sentmanat, owner and primary instructor, goes above and beyond, she's the real thing ( I Googled her). I drank the koolaid. Bought a package. 6 am has never looked more promising.
