I am so happy that I gave this gym a try. It is a welcoming and an open style gym with many machine and weight choices. I have never felt uncomfortable walking into this place. The bathrooms are very clean and they always have someone that keeps up on cleaning. The lady that is always here cleaning is very friendly and she often makes Cuban coffee for the guest. Parking has never been a problem even though this is a popular strip mall with many popular store choices so sometimes you may park a distance away. I don't think I could say anything bad about this gym. Their membership is reasonably priced and they provide trainers if you are interested. I never find this place too crowded where I would have to wait too long for machines. They also have many of cardio machines and they provide paper towels and sanitizer to use if you want to clean each equipment before you use them. Everything is layed out nicely. read more

When working out with friends they assume that 1 of the people working out is a trainer if they seem to be more knowlegable than the others in the group. Never mind that all ppl are members and it's the furthest thing from the truth... I have reported a month ago, to Jennifer (the manager) and Javier (an employee), that some machines are damaged. However, nothing has changed, the machines are still in bad condition. In addition to that, most of the times people do not re-rack the dumbbells and I have to walk around looking for them. read more

I joined this gym in May 2023 and also signed up for personal training. My trainer is Dayan and he is so amazing that even before my 2 months were up I signed up for 3 more months. Also the original manager of the gym was let go and the new guy, Nindos, is great. He is very nice and professional. He changed the layout of the gym and now it looks so much more spacious and always clean with plenty of hand sanitzer stations around. He has also ordered new equipment to replace the older machines. YouFit in the Crossings kicked off my health journey three years ago. They were helpful, encouraging and most importantly, they knew my name, which always made me feel so welcome. I have since lost almost 100lbs. I can't say enough about the staff there, especially the manager, Roxy. She has always been available for any questions I have had and to encourage me to keep going. This place is always clean and the people who do the cleaning are always at work, visible. That is super important to me. I would recommend this location to anyone. While my baby is at Danceworks I get a cardio workout at youfit taking advantage of my hour. Ok. I did enjoy my free pass to this gym. I will join once my crossfit contract expires. The cardio machines are very fancy and high tech. And cleanliness is superb. There is a cleaning person wiping the machines, and the treadmill I got on had no old dry sweat stains on it. I liked that the gym didn't smell dirty, and it was well air conditioned. Update-- the windows should be covered for privacy!! This gym is located in a well known shopping center in Kendall, FL. It was my gym of choice for a long time while living in the area. It's usually very clean and they tend to clean it all day. Even when you're working out. Colors inside are green and black as there are the You Fit brand ones. Staff is usually very helpful throughout the day. It's $10 a month for one person so it's a pretty good deal of you ask me. The have almost every machine you could ask for. Free weights are available too. They have a bunch of treadmills and about 6 bikes. There are always machines available for use. Great gym. Oh, and there are a bunch of places in the shopping center to eat at after. read more

A neighborhood gym that can fit your basic gym needs. This particular gym location does not offer any classes but for $10 a month it fits your needs. They have treadmills, sufficient weights, light weight and other machines . One thing I dislike is that the gym space is small and the about a year or so ago they decided to offer one on one gym session with a trainer and added a separate area for these costumers; the consequence was that this small gym space became even smaller for regular members. At peak gym times, the gym feels claustrophobic, with all good machines being taken and limited space to use free weights. I just joined this gym about a week ago and the staff members are very nice, and the facility is also clean. This gym has all the equipment I need to workout and it's close to my house. I signed up at You Fit because it was conveniently located to my house. On the first day I worked out the manager approached me and said that I could not work out if I didn't have something to wear other than my blue jean shorts. I immediately terminated my membership. I have been lifting weights for over 20 years in gyms all over the Kendall area. Never has there been a restriction on jean shorts. There are too many gyms to choose from that are more accommodating to me. read more

This gym is a little gem hidden in the Crossings neighborhood. I usually go get a workout after eating at the local Chinese Restuarant! Managers are great - they have been there for a while and are so friendly and will help with whatever you need. It's not super big but it has a lot of machines. 5 star reccomended! read more

I first join the gym when they opened in the crossings, I was excited to join, however, I soon realized that at the time that I was going it was full and no availability of the treadmill or some other machines that I was using. So after many months of not going I canceled my membership which to do so I was charged a $25.00. Today I decided to try them again with a special that we received from youfit in the email offering a year's membership for $99.00. Good gym for those that don't like to workout next to fitness models and body lifters lol. I look like a freaking beast after working out and the last thing I need is to be standing next to a fitness model. During the week from 5-8:30 it's packed so don't expect a lot of equipment to be open on demand. You might have to wait your turn. The Weekend is great. It's fairly empty. Mornings are pretty good. I love this location since it NEVER gets as packaged as the Hammocks one. Front desk people are always friendly and the location is perfect. They did get wi-fi The only bad thing is that there are too many treadmills and this takes up space from the other machines. Also, a few of the treadills always fail during peak hours and the touch screens on most of them are wonky since so many geniuses use like 50 pounds of finger force to select the buttons. read more

I really wanted to join this gym. It's very close to where I live. However, the lack of a free weight squat rack is a dealbreaker for me. They certainly have the room for one, but instead, they have three Smith machines for doing squats. I would edit my review and join if they add a free weight squat rack. It's cozy and neighborhood friendly, everyone from The Crossings comes to workout here! Lots of treadmills and cardio equipment and friendly staff. I've been a member of 24 hour fitness and other gyms but none as clean as this one. Ladies bathroom is always well kept and clean which is super important for me. The staff at the front greets you when you come in and when you leave. The music is pleasing and its never that crowded when I workout. Opens early and closes at midnight, can't ask for much more for the price I pay. read more

Giving this gym three stars because it's always extremely clean, especially to previous gyms I have been to. Also, the front desk employees are always so polite. When it comes to machines, they have the basic machines required. I believe it does need additional squat racks, because you can sometimes wait up to an hour to use one. Same for the stairmasters. Aside from the machines, the personal training area was made large to the point where all of the general machines are squished off to one side. There is zero space aside from that massive training area. I understand that classes are held there, but when there are no classes being held and the gym is packed, they should make it public to all members. Additionally, all additional equipment - steppers, medicine balls, additional weights are reserved for personal training. If that's the case, they should purchase additional equipment for non-personal training clients as these are inexpensive and staples to many workouts. It's much cheaper than buying additional machines. Again, 98% of the time this equipment is collecting dust and not being used. The personal training area is extremely inconvenient, especially given that this gym is so small as it is. read more

If I could give this gym a zero I would! I joined this gym at the Crossings two weeks before the pandemic forced the closing of many businesses including this gym. I paid for membership/personal trainer when I joined and was only able to take advantage of 5 personal training sessions (4 of which were supposedly complimentary). Despite the gym being closed, my credit card continued to be charged. I've called, gone in person, (and overheard other members with same issue as mine), sent emails and a letter and no refund. Don't understand how they can refuse a refund for a service the gym was not able to provide to members. Very frustrating and disappointing to see a local business act this way. read more

This is definitely a gym for those new to fitness or for those who are looking for a low key gym. Unfortunately it doesn't have a massive free weight selection (just a few benches to choose from) but it has 90% of the equipment of pretty much any other gym. It's clean and the staff does a decent job keeping the weights racked. I don't like the fact that you can't bring your own equipment, jump ropes etc. But if you can deal with a few rules you can definitely get stronger. I was allowed to do free weight exercises such as barbell squats, deadlifts, etc with no issues. It gets three stars however for not having a squat rack. WTF?!? read more

Pros: Clean, colorful, a lot of equipments, wifi available, friendly staff, and it's a good gym for beginners (: and I love how all the machines are placed throughout the gym. Cons: (not sure if this is a con lol) too far from where I live but I don't mind the 20 min drive for this gym. I decided to try out this location since I was already in the area. For $10-$20 a month, you really can't ask for more. Pros: -Friendly staff is always available and approachable. -Clean equipment, locker rooms, and shower facilities. -always find whatever equipment I need Cons: -no wifi (they mooch it off of the bar next door) -shower takes a while to heat up. Do not waste your money on Youfit in general. This company is a thief. During the CORONAVIRUS and with all gyms shut down they were still collecting monthly payments. When called about it, they refused to give back the money and stated they could only pause the account. Upon gyms opening up, without giving costumers time to go and cancels memberships, because they won't cancel over the phone or online l, they charged the annual fee. Then, eventually without warning they increased the monthly fee and started charging, resulting in and overdraft to my account since I was out of work and wasn't getting paid. I eventually was able to make it in and explained my situation to their manager, got no sympathy what so ever. I was simply told I signed a contract and in order to cancel had to pay a $10 fee. I do not reccomend this gym to anyone. read more
