The studio is beautifully lit by the sun during morning classes and is very high energy. The music selection is great and each station is challenging but doable regardless of your fitness level. Parking is comped at the garage nearby. You park, then scan the QR code found on the front desk. You can also pay for street parking but that's not always guaranteed. The extra perk of this studio location is that your every close to town lake, so you can cool down by taking a nice walk after your class. Definitely recommend you check it out!

It also rotates in format with a good mix of resistance, strength, HIIT, cardio. It's usually 20-30 people in a class and you feel part of a community - other members are friendly and supportive of you need it, but also focused on their goals and not in your way of you prefer that. The place has easy free parking which makes the logistics easy and lockers/cubbies. They provide clean sweat towels (actually clean). And the team is highly responsive on phone/ message - I've never had issues reaching someone if I've needed to.

Just randomly ask someone, 'so, what was your sport', and you'll get an answer ranging from 'i'm a trainer for UT Longhorns' 'I was a swimmer in college' 'i was in the CrossFit games'.) or just a shmo like myself, the coaches/leaders treat us all the same. Sara took me under her mama wing from the start. They are all great at spotting your weaknesses and working with you. And the community is exceptional...just good people all around. There are so many amenities...snack shop, free towels, hydro massage chairs, Normatek compression boots, cold therapy chairs, pool, and real massages. The cycle class by dynamic instructor David Garza was quite a workout! It was only 30 minutes long but energy packed! I was familiar with the Soul Cycle type classes, which include push-ups while cycling. But this class introduced dance style moves, such as swaying hips. It was a real dance party! I was exhausted but feeling great afterwards. We partook of the Normatek compression boots, which were good therapy for my recently injured knee. The hydro massage chairs were taken, so we skipped that. All in all, this high end gym was a great experience. I would join, except my insurance does not cover the gym because it is considered "premium."

Telling me I had 2 prior violations of booking changes - turns out that was also incorrect because I only had 1 prior violation whereby I couldn't make it in time due to nyc subway being stopped. This time it was lifetime who booked me for 60 min when I wanted 30 min. I'm so over the spa here / they never have an esthetician available and charge $95 for a 30 min massage which is expensive by any means and the front desk manager is a bitch!
