It's been 16 classes at Rumble Boxing, so I feel like I can finally give a real review. I'll start by saying I had a little boxing experience before coming in, and I absolutely love the boxing part of the workout. Hitting the bag, working through the combos, and really getting into it has been my favorite part. At first, I wasn't sure how I'd like it overall. But the more I went, the more I started looking forward to the next class. It's hard to explain, but there's something about finishing a workout there that just feels really good. You walk out sweaty, accomplished, and proud of yourself. The classes are 45 minutes, sometimes up to an hour depending on the format, and they move fast. You sign up through the app, which makes it super easy and convenient. The trainers are really friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. At the beginning of class, they teach the punches one through six, so you're never just guessing. It's definitely high intensity, but don't let that scare you. You truly go at your own pace. Whether you're brand new or have some experience, it works. What I appreciated most as someone newer to the format is how they walk you through everything. They show you how to wrap your hands, where to stand, which side of the bag to use, and how the rotations work. If it's your first time, don't stress. They'll show you everything. The music is also a whole vibe. When the lights go down, it feels like a rave. You're locked in, focused on yourself, not worrying about anyone else. It's such a great environment. You get a clean towel and locker access, which is a nice bonus. Everything feels organized and professional. All the trainers are encouraging and high energy. The owner, Stacy, is great. I've worked with Stacy, Carson, and Fallon, and they're all amazing in their own way. Overall, it's been such a great experience and I genuinely can't wait for my next class. read more

Alright !!! Alright !!! If you go there see Teresa , she is freaking amazing and so cool to talk to !! She makes the experience so great!! This place has been an amazing place to come to. I been here since it opened. The staff since they opened have been amazing even with change over and different trainers the culture stayed the same. They truly know how to meet you where you are and encourage you to get better. They are so positive and supportive it makes you feel like you won a boxing title! As my time in California comes to an end I will miss the great place! I can tell you when I come back to visit I will definitely make a trip here and drop in for a class!! If you are looking for a great workout that is fun too, I highly recommend Rumble. I have never boxed before, but there's something cathartic about throwing punches. The atmosphere is lively with the lights down and the music playing. It sets the perfect vibe to get to work and start sweating! Also, I appreciate that most classes are split into rounds. Basically, half the class your boxing and the other half, you work out with weights so you are working on your entire body. The instructors are very friendly, encouraging and supportive. You'll be leaving not only feeling tremendously good but also repeating in your head: jab, cross, upper cut, etc. read more

Rumble Boxing in Rocklin CA. is going outta business May 10, 2026, BUT they are still trying to get you to join their membership. I barely found out about the closing through a text message that was sent to me April 30, 2026, after I asked if my wife can finish the rest of my courses since I tore my meniscus and I will not be able to attend for approximately 6 months. I don't understand how the owner (Stacy) went from really nice to a rude person when I asked for a refund since the business is closing and I am unable to finish the rest of the courses. She said that she sent out emails to all of her members about the closure (Where is my email, I am a member) but she didn't comment when I told her that I didn't get an email. She also said that anyone that I know can take the remaining courses BUT she will not give me a refund. This is bad business and the way that they are still advertising to buy into their membership sounds as if they are trying to take your money and run. If she runs business like this now, she will do it again in the future. read more

Absolutely LOVE RUMBLE ! First the logo .., so cute ! Bruce Lee mural on the lobby wall ! Love it ! Owner is very sweet and involved which is a plus in small business! The staff is just amazing ! All very talented and motivating. Great energy . The class is a fantastic dark night club lighting vibe with a video game feel ! It's so fun ! The workouts are projected in a fun way on the wall ! The instructor is on a stage and the music is perfect ! They have their own gloves which were very comfy . Cute lockers . It's a hard workout for sure ! This is a great place to get some exercise! Nice people, good music, lots of fun. For me the music is too loud so I use my air pods to dampen the sound, but other that that, it is great. Love the staff. And, I love hitting the bag and imagining that it is someone I wish would drop dead. read more

Hands down the best gym I've been to in the area... or really anywhere. 5 rounds on the bags (which are water-filled so way less impact on my wrists), and 5 rounds on the weight floor. You just show up for 45 minutes and you don't have to think about what to do... 600 calories later and it's the best workout I've had in years. The instructors are awesome and they guide the whole class. Lights are very dim except for the rumble round when the black lights go on - but it's nice to not be concerned with others watching. High energy, great music, I really can't say enough about it. If you are looking for a place to burn (a lot of) calories, actually learn to box a little which is a bonus, build muscle, and have a blast... this is the only place in town! read more

Rumble Boxing is an amazing place to go if it's your first time boxing and or trying out a high intensity workout! The staff are super friendly and the pricing is very reasonable. They offer class drop-in prices, so you aren't tied to any type of membership if you don't want to commit to that! The membership options they do have are also super reasonable if you end up loving it(like I did!). The class instructors are amazing and will teach you everything you need to know before you start the class. They will hook you up with some wrist wraps(I think I paid 15 bucks for mine, then they're yours to keep) and your boxing gloves are free for your first class. All of the workout instructors are very enthusiastic and encouraging, making the class so enjoyable. The music and light ambience is so fun and it makes a 45 minute workout FLY BY! 5/5 stars, I highly recommend checking this place out and giving it a try! read more

Had my first Rumble class yesterday and OMG WAS IT AN EXPERIENCE! I was never really into boxing workouts and I often found boxing gyms pretty intimidating, but as soon as I walked in the studio, I already knew it was NOT your average boxing gym. The staff was great! They were all very friendly and helpful - coaches were there helping with hand wraps (if you don't have your own, they have slip-on handwraps that are very easy to put on), I felt very welcomed right from the start! Taylor, our instructor, was so awesome and so motivating! She was attentive to the class but also took her time explaining the moves (if you get lost, don't worry, the sequence is also displayed on a digital screen up front). The workout was hard work but simple to follow. Best part is you get to go at your own pace! If you're like me and worried about looking like a total newbie - it's not a big deal! It's like a nightclub in there, all dim with energetic "pump-up" music, and you can't really see what the person is doing next to you (or maybe I was just so focused on what I was doing). I'm really excited to get back in shape, be stronger, and be less stressed. Looking forward to my next class! read more

What a workout. I'm six days in and loving it. Half on the bag doing high energy and half on the floor/bench doing body weight and dumbbell for strength. GREAT combination for a 45 minute workout. LOVED IT! Took my first class tonight with Matt, and he was an amazing instructor. The class is split so half the time you are working the bags, then move on to working on the bench with weights and interval training. Being new to boxing this was a fun, great, total body workout that can accommodate any fitness level. You can purchase individual classes or have an unlimited month-to-month membership and book class times online.
