And maybe you don't want to be Arnold, but you don't want to look like you were carved out of pudding either. They're realistic. No one-size fits all nonsense. Because you're not a cookie-cutter person, and these aren't cookie-cutter trainers. Trust me. I know. Every day I get a bit stronger, and a bit less pudding. Stop wasting time on inferior trainers. Although their facility…read moreis beautiful, the class schedule is pretty good but somewhat lacking in the evenings and particularly lacking for aquacise. Although I was told that children were only in certain areas, they are all over the exercise pool area and the lap pool. (What they told me about them not being in the locker rooms was true, at least when I left.) Your lane reservation may or may not mean anything. Your aquacise class may be crammed in between swim lessons and it will be extremely crowded (again, in the evenings. Daytime weekday classes are in the lap pool and are somewhat safe.) I don't know what the parents of those kids were promised but they will sit in the pool room and stare at you during your class. It was so unpleasant the last time I went, I decided it WAS the last time. You want this pool so bad you let your kids run in and almost knock me over while I'm trying to get out? Take it, but I ain't subsidizing your kid's lessons either. All of the instructors are great, the facility is clean, and they didn't give me any trouble when I quit. From at least one review, it appears this may have changed.

His expertise, execution, ability to motivate and holistic approach make him a very effective trainer. My wife has been working out with Rob since 2010 and achieved excellent results. I was busy powerlifting at that time, I was strong and happy so I saw no need for a trainer. Out of curiosity, I joined a Crossfit gym; this experience left me weak and injured. Coupled with increasing demands from work, I grew inconsistent with my workouts and slipped terribly out of shape. Despite my efforts, I could not make any progress and became frustrated. With encouragement from my wife, I finally put my ego aside and jumped into a 6 week regime with Rob. This was the best fitness decision I have made. I lost 9lbs, become stronger, greatly improved my cardiovascular strength and increased my energy levels tenfold with just 3 workouts per week and a clean diet. Rob has helped get back on track and even addressed some gaps in my fitness that existed even I was powerlifting. He recommended some changes in my technique for the big lifts (squat, deadlock, and bench press) - this helped increase my power and eliminated some nagging joint pain that would occur after performing these lifts in the past. I have made tremendous progress with Rob and I view this as just the beginning. I am confident and excited to see what we can achieve - without a doubt, it will be far more than anything I could accomplish on my own. I highly recommend Rob for individuals of any any fitness level!

I love the combination of classes they offer through the day from 5 AM till 6 PM. This location decided to being yoga into the mix with HIIT workouts which I find highly effective. Shred415 is a mix of cross fit training. First you start on the treadmill or deck for about 15 minutes then switch. So if you were on the floor doing your cardio you go onto the treadmill. The point of it is to increase your heart rate and get the most out of the 60 minute class. At Shred415 it's not just a gym it's a community or family that has your back from the trainers to the people that show up to class with you to support you along the way in your fitness journey. I love all the trainers here and haven't had one bad class at Shred415. Just stop and see for yourself. First class is always free and right now they have a great deal going on for the holiday's.
