I love the combination of classes they offer through the day from 5 AM till 6 PM. This location decided to being yoga into the mix with HIIT workouts which I find highly effective. Shred415 is a mix of cross fit training. First you start on the treadmill or deck for about 15 minutes then switch. So if you were on the floor doing your cardio you go onto the treadmill. The point of it is to increase your heart rate and get the most out of the 60 minute class. At Shred415 it's not just a gym it's a community or family that has your back from the trainers to the people that show up to class with you to support you along the way in your fitness journey. I love all the trainers here and haven't had one bad class at Shred415. Just stop and see for yourself. First class is always free and right now they have a great deal going on for the holiday's.

Simon took the time to understand my fitness goals, develop the workouts, get me back into shape and motivate me to achieve my goals. He also has a great app detailing each workout and I have been able to track my progression over the past year. It is nice to be able to see the progress and strength gain in one easy place. Schedule flexibility is important and the 5:00am session works best for me and allows me to get in a solid workout before going into work. The mix of cardio, core and strength training has gotten me into the best shape I have been in for many years. I loved her amazing attitude and her dance classes so much I had to have more! I started coming here to the studio about a month ago. First off - if you are thinking about trying the studio out, you can - unlimited classes - for a week FOR FREE. Rates are incredibly reasonable and they even have hip hop for kids! So, even though Pam lured me to the studio i've gotten totally hooked on all the other instructors classes! There are so many types to choose from and they are all amazing! I especially 'love' Core RX on Sunday morning. I mean, I totally want to die the whole time, praying for it to be over but once it is....it feels so good! I love the community feeling and support from everyone - and I think my butt is starting to look pretty good! What more can you ask for, right?!

I spent $7,200 which was high but when talking to the owner he convinced me that this is the way to go. I have very bad issues with my back and I need to get some weight off quickly. We are here for you is what I kept hearing.... We were there for almost 2 hours "We are here for you. My guys will come in, set up your equipment and walk you through how to use". I had to call three times to get the time set up properly. The guys were great...sarcasm. The guys came in, set up the equipment. I told them the wrong bike was delivered. They called the owner, took the bike away and came back with another one...which was fine but an hour wasted. I never received a call to apologize, nothing....I am no longer surprised by this. The guys were rushed and showed us the 'on' button....unbelievable. The equipment is great, expensive but great. When buying the equipment and explaining my back issue and how concerned I was about even using equipment the owner kept saying that don't worry you have free hours...he was going to work with me in the gym area of the store and make sure when home I'm using the equipment correctly. He asked if I could come in the next day, I could not. He said "I will call you next week and we can get started". As I said I was there 2 hours "We will help you" "Your core is everything" He gave me a very positive attitude about getting myself where I need to be. I was even explaining to my sister that after the free hours are used (I had a lot) I would probably keep going in there because everything he was saying was true. I never got a call, I have called twice, no response....I bought the equipment, I listened to him for two hours and done. Would I recommend this place? No No No. Website talks about integrity, the signage on the door continues that theme. I cannot believe I fell for this, I am shocked as I am not easily swayed. Advice - Go to Dick's Sporting Goods, get the equipment at a lower cost and go hire a trainer at the gym...you will save money and not feel like an idiot.

Updating my review, I did have to leave Mount Carmel and go somewhere else. Although their facility…read moreis beautiful, the class schedule is pretty good but somewhat lacking in the evenings and particularly lacking for aquacise. Although I was told that children were only in certain areas, they are all over the exercise pool area and the lap pool. (What they told me about them not being in the locker rooms was true, at least when I left.) Your lane reservation may or may not mean anything. Your aquacise class may be crammed in between swim lessons and it will be extremely crowded (again, in the evenings. Daytime weekday classes are in the lap pool and are somewhat safe.) I don't know what the parents of those kids were promised but they will sit in the pool room and stare at you during your class. It was so unpleasant the last time I went, I decided it WAS the last time. You want this pool so bad you let your kids run in and almost knock me over while I'm trying to get out? Take it, but I ain't subsidizing your kid's lessons either. All of the instructors are great, the facility is clean, and they didn't give me any trouble when I quit. From at least one review, it appears this may have changed.
