The woman helping me brought out a few extra pairs other than the ones I was looking at. It turns out those are the shoes that I ended up purchasing. And she sized me when I got there. Turns out I fit better in a smaller shoe. I never knew I was a wide. I found two pairs that I loved and they were offering a buy one get one half off sale which was amazing. They are very helpful when it comes to trying to help you find your size, colors, or anything you need. Their return policy is just as wonderful. I have returned clothes where sometimes it's just not manufactured as wonderful as I had hoped. I had bought a pair of jeans and it just didn't hold its shape. I returned it and show them the receipt. The smooth transaction and no hassle policy was very appreciated and not only did they refunded my money, they apologized for my inconvenience. When I buy my new balance sneakers here for usually under $50, I can definitely pay double somewhere else and have a better quality pair. And the pair that I bought here at Bob's stores will only last about six months. But here's the catch, in six months my sneakers are too dirty anyway and need to be replaced! Plus the quality of the sneakers here at Bobs are more than good enough to get me through six months and even longer! Translation: this is the place to go!! Shopping for fishing rods today, and found sale on selective items, however they have many brands…read moreto choose from. Fitness clothings are not much sale. We ended up buying a fishing rod, protecting netting, floats and few hooks. The cashier lady was patient and friendly, even though we had her reverse transaction once because we found our club card after the first transaction. The overall shopping experience was good, no pressure or overly attentive service, so we had taken all the time we needed to decide our choice. The restrooms cleanness can be improved, and the fitting room availability could be more pronounced though.
