Customers don't need to be rushed when making an expensive purchase, especially when we were being respectful of the store, staff, and other customers. If there is a time limit, then include that in your store policy and make it known to customers. There were other customers in there just as long as we were, so I am curious to know why we were targeted. We left and did not purchase anything - someone needs to retrain their staff/management on customer service. This company doesn't seem to care about negative reviews, as many others seem to have had a similar experience here.

I had ordered a suit for my wedding at another store (BIG MISTAKE) !! When I went to pickup the suit for the other store the pants were slim fit and didn't fit well at all. Walked out without my suit and the following morning went to Franks. I was greeted by Bill and explained my dilemma. Bill not only had a suit that fit properly but was able to have it tailored on such short notice and have it done by the end of the day. Anton their tailor was great. AMAZING SERVICE!!! My wedding was the very next day. Not only did the suit look amazing, I felt great. Franks slogan should be "your going to love the way you look". Thank you to the whole team at Franks.
