I have purchased shoes/boots on several occasions in the past. On my last visit, however, I had planned to buy a pair of boots. I came into the store to decide which boot after seeing my choices in person. Just when I was about to make my decision, someone who seemed to be a manager came over and AGGRESSIVELY indicated that the boots I was considering were going to sell out, so I'd better snap them up if I wanted a chance at them. I ended up leaving without spending my money at that location. I bought the boots, but elsewhere. I might possibly return in hopes of encountering the "right" staff member if I was in the area. As I stated in earlier reviews at another location: When there is a sale, the prices are less, but no one who buys docs expects them to be cheap. Regardless, the value has never been location dependent. If you are looking see docs in person, try them on and buy them, you can accomplish that here. If there is a time limit, then include that in your store policy and make it known to customers. There were other customers in there just as long as we were, so I am curious to know why we were targeted. We left and did not purchase anything - someone needs to retrain their staff/management on customer service.
