The woman helping me brought out a few extra pairs other than the ones I was looking at. It turns out those are the shoes that I ended up purchasing. And she sized me when I got there. Turns out I fit better in a smaller shoe. I never knew I was a wide. I found two pairs that I loved and they were offering a buy one get one half off sale which was amazing. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a pair of shoes. I look forward to heading there for my next pair of shoes!

They are very helpful when it comes to trying to help you find your size, colors, or anything you need. Their return policy is just as wonderful. I have returned clothes where sometimes it's just not manufactured as wonderful as I had hoped. I had bought a pair of jeans and it just didn't hold its shape. I returned it and show them the receipt. The smooth transaction and no hassle policy was very appreciated and not only did they refunded my money, they apologized for my inconvenience. This is rare no a days. Will be shopping here more often.

People say the store doesn't carry the best quality products, meaning that you can buy better sneakers elsewhere. That may be true. When I buy my new balance sneakers here for usually under $50, I can definitely pay double somewhere else and have a better quality pair. And the pair that I bought here at Bob's stores will only last about six months. But here's the catch, in six months my sneakers are too dirty anyway and need to be replaced! Plus the quality of the sneakers here at Bobs are more than good enough to get me through six months and even longer! Translation: this is the place to go!! I'll be honest, I can't remember the last time I bought sneakers anywhere else! They always have exactly what I'm looking for, plain white sneakers! I could buy any brand here and find just what I'm looking for. And by the way I don't have one of those weird sizes. They have all of the common sizes here. They definitely don't sell everything here for example they don't have a large selection of jeans. You're really coming here for footwear or workout clothes. And maybe some other things. When I tell you he's the world's friendliest most helpful and all around greatest store clerk, I mean it! He goes way out of his way to help everyone. I've never seen anything like it.
