Not only did they do a great job tuning up the bike, but they freaking detailed it. It practically shined when I loaded it on my bike carrier. They were very careful to adhere to the Covid19 safety protocols, so I felt comfortable entering the shop. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything. Best of all, they took their time and gave me lots of training tips to help my transition to a recumbent from a traditional diamond frame bike. Exceptional customer service! I will continue to bring my bike to them for service, despite the distance, and this will be the first shop I visit when I'm ready for my next recumbent bike or trike. For those of you who are starting to feel that the pain (back, shoulder, neck, butt, feet) of riding a traditional diamond frame bike has started to suck the joy out of riding, I strongly encourage you to try a recumbent bike or trike. WOW! What a difference! No pain, all fun. And yea, it still feels like you're flying, just like those early bike rides you did as a kid. But even before, when I lived in Pennsauken and Collingswood, I still made the effort to come here for all things running related. I'm a lifelong runner, and a lifelong Haddonfield Running Company customer. I've never had a bad experience. The shoe selection is incredible. The staff know everything about them and can watch you run and help you pick out shoes based on your gait, your running history and goals, your past purchases, etc. They'll sit and work with you one-on-one to find the perfect shoe for you. They have a ton of other gear as well, of course. Everything you need to help you run. The owner, Dave Welsh, is one of the most outgoing and friendly guys you'll ever meet. He is constantly giving back to the community by sponsoring and/or personally organizing local events both out in the surrounding area and in the Haddonfield store. The store often hosts guest speakers in the basement of the store, or will invite shoe companies to bring their shoes to the weekly Wednesday night group run and let people test run their shoes for the whole 6.6 mile course. The store also does sidewalk sales a few times a year where they drastically reduce prices on shoes and other items. I once got a pair of Nikes for $40. The only recipt given at the time of purchase, has the paid amount and not even my signature, no terms of sale! He was so fast and happy to take an old cripple lady's money. 4 grand to be exact! Haha! If that's how they have to get their coin, God bless them. They hide the terms and condition of the sale on the DELIVERY SLIP! After the bike is installed. Because the average person will not think to ask the delivery person to take the sheet of the clip board and look on the back, before sighing it! When the front say, how did we, do rate us. Very deceptive. I worked in sales and customer service. The only response you will get there is a woman trying to talk over you, everytime you speak. They wanted 20% restocking fee, when it was obvious that the bike was already used and restock. I wonder who paid that 20%. I would not go along with the bike going to the next person and paying 20%. I can't order shoes on-line as I have an odd shoe size (8 wide) so I have to go in to a brick & mortar store to try them on. I was very pleasantly surprise with the huge selection. I found the staff to be very patient with my request to try on numerous shoes before making my decision and they were extremely courteous and professional.
