Awesome team! We've taken bikes here that were not bought from their store for estimate of tune up. Each time we were not charged! They explained what needed adjustments etc. There were other services that we could have gotten done but they were not necessary for the kind of ride we use. They were transparent with what kind of work needed to get done, basically. We bought both of our kids' bikes here. They are pretty nice bikes. One outgrew her kiddie bike and the other still needs training wheels. Prices were fair to market value plus we liked their selections. Just to clarify. The tune ups and the purchases for the bikes were separate occasions. Different teammates helped us but same excellent service. They also carry snowboarding/skiing gear and have off season sales! The folx at Aistriu have always been helpful - recommendations and expert advice, tuneups, super pleasant to talk to, etc. But one of their mechanics, Cole, just made my whole week! My Wahoo Kickr Snap must have been off balance or something and out of the blue the hanger of my derailleur bent so badly it jammed into my spokes, halting my long Saturday ride. I thought for sure this was going to be an instance where I had to drop my bike off and be without it for a couple weeks, throwing off my training quite a bit. Instead, Cole just spent 15 minutes readjusting it, checked everything out, helped me talk through what may have happened and what to do to avoid it and sent me on my way with a functional bike! FIFTEEN MINUTES!! I am so incredibly grateful. I'm back on the bike tomorrow. And Aistriu locked me in for life. read more

Good prices on ski rentals and cool shop! The rental boots were much more comfy than the ones at the resorts.

I was there 12/12/20 to buy some cycling gear and ended up purchasing a snowboard with bindings for my niece. Sorry I forgot his name but the sales person was very helpful in finding the right size. Got a new specialized Fuse mountain bike from these guys. Very knowledgeable and stand by their products 100%. Had a minor issue going out for my first ride and Dave fixed it on the spot. I was please with finding this one bar tape, that few shops had. So, that was good, but to be charge almost $10 to send it, is not good.

Desperately needed new ski boots for my daughter and Aistriu staff saved the day. Finally found a pair she was comfortable with just in time for an upcoming ski trip. Staff was professional and courteous. A few days later I brought in her skis so they could be adjusted for the new boots along with three other pairs needing a wax and tune. I mixed up my dates and gave them wrong pick up date. I didn't realize mistake right away. When I called back to fix date which required them to expedite everything, they were incredibly helpful. When ever we go here they never have what we want. Coming in soon they say. We go at a normal business hr and they are closed.owner said come back another day we closed at 4:00 today but normal time is 7pm. We gave this place a few chances, we will not be back. REI is right down the road and much better customer service. read more

Great new shop in South Jersey...and they work on Campy!! Had my bike worked on this weekend. Needed new shift cable and they had the Campy cable in stock! Unheard of in SJ. I also asked them to true up my rear Shamal wheel. Low spoke count wheels like the Shamal can be tough to true but they did a fabulous job. They've won me over. read more

It's great to have another option when shopping for bikes or snowboard/skis equipment and service. Very knowledgeable and much better prices than that OTHER ski/bike place not too far way. I also like how the owners are the ones doing the work. They come with many years of experience, worked hard and decided it was time to own their own store and run it they way they wanted...and it shows. It doesn't get more authentic than these guys.
