Wasn't impressed with Runway Fashion Exchange. They are charging high prices for mostly Old Navy, SheIn, Forever 21, and H&M clothing. Very cheap quality clothing and it's not even at a great discount. I did end up buying a few things there out of convenience, but probably won't stop in again. read more

This is a fun consignment store, but pretty tight to maneuver around! The clothes feel packed in and you have to dedicate some time to sift through the hangers to see the clothing. Our 16-year old daughter enjoyed shopping there, but the prices were high for used clothing. She bought an OSU t-shirt that I believe we could have gotten for the same price brand new anywhere else. The men's section is odd - no size XL anywhere! That's unheard of. Maybe it was hidden somewhere within the store but I sure couldn't find it. Ha! They tried to give me 3.75 for a 60 dollar dress never been worn bought on the 11th of February 2018. Turns out that's not the only time they've done that they tried taking 3 of my sisters nice dresses and pay her 2.00! Either they need to hire people who actually know the real value of clothing or they're probably going to lose a lot of business. read more

Lots to look at in the women's section but the men's section is quite small and doesn't have a lot of variety. Love all the stickers.

I initially went in with my girlfriend and was surprised with the amount and quality of men's clothing they had available. And at very reasonable prices! There aren't a lot of men's clothing stores in Corvallis so I was excited to find somewhere close to shop. The employees were also very friendly and helpful which topped it off as a very great experience all around. read more

Stuck up college girls running a shop selling stuff you can find at the goodwill for half the price. Don't bother. Also, came in to sell a pair of brand new shoes and the girls wouldn't touch them without a bag. We were told if we got a bag they would put us in line behind a whole bunch of people selling garbage bags full of clothes. All we had was one pair of shoes. Nice prices, but awful service. Had to wait approximately 5 minutes for assistance for a fitting room, with next to no one in the store, in terms of customers. Had an item literally pulled out of my hands at checkout, as they had failed to pull it for a hold for someone else. This store sells stolen items. They will not release said items even after they have been identified by investigators and local police. If you purchase something from this store, you may be buying something taken in a burglary. Be wary of purchasing anything here as the source may not be legitimate. read more

Other than the prices being decent, the customer service was bad and one worked could hardly check people out in a timely manner.

The place seems to be in disarray and unorganized, there signs for sizes don't exactly correspond.

I've sold clothes there previously and always shop there but most recently I have had an unpleasent experience. I came into sell clothes and two pairs of shoes were missing from my bag that they did not pay me for! I had to go back and was told someone else was paid for them. I don't know if that is true or if Fashion Runway is hoping I would just not notice what was missing. Just be cautious when selling there! And if you are the seller, do not think you are going to get half or even a third back for anything you bought! I was paid $2 for a pair of heels that they sold for $12 and I paid $25 for. It's only beneficial for them and the customers but I fear they will not have any more new inventory if they keep this up. read more

I showed up with 6 things to try to sell here (not in a bag), and they told me they couldn't look at the clothes unless they were in a container. Okay not a big deal that is the rules, so I run all the way back home to get a bag to put in my 6 clothing items. I come back and give them the things and they told me they would let me know when my items were priced. I then shopped around for like 5 minutes, but everything was ugly and way too overpriced. Two minutes after I left they called me and told me my things were ready to be picked up, and they weren't accepting any new clothes because they are overstocked. They couldn't have told me that when I came the first time? Honestly very disappointed I will never come here again. read more

this business is extremely unprofessional, I came in to get a hoodie that was on hold for me and had my NAME on the tag, I knew the girl working and she was letting me buy it and then Carman (a manager) comes in and tells me that I can't buy the item and that a friend of hers and a few other people had the hoodie on hold, even though my name was on it.. manager walked out of the store, called her friend then walked back in and told me I couldn't purchase the item. So unprofessional, I will not be shopping here again. read more

I arrived with maybe 10 items in my hands. Without a simple greeting Tol? Tal? No idea how to spell her name, scolded me for not having my things in a bag. Ok..no bag my bad. But don't scold me. Then! I received a call from the same employee "Unfortunately your clothes are too basic for our store". There are many ways to tell a guest you didn't find anything you liked from their pile, and that is not one of them. This is the second time I've been in that store and probably the last. read more
