I was lucky they were able to take in the extra items. When they agree to whatever you are bringing do not bring extra. 4 totes is 4 totes. If you have more either warm them that you are bringing more or schedule another appointment. Their space is finite and they only have so much room at any given time. Also no glass items, no picture frames, etc. Glass is a valid safety concern for them with the kids that come in with their folks to shop. Really appreciated how straightforward they were.
