They always have ample amount of staff that can quickly help to get you out as quick as possible and do so with a smile. Being open on the weekends and until 7 o'clock helps a lot when I am at work from early morning until into the evening hours. I also got my passport photo done here for $15 and I can't begin to say how much care Sergio put into the photos. He was patient, took multiple photos till I was approving and even made sure to cut them properly. I will always be back to this location when I am shipping anything.

Made it! I saw the workers inside, and pulled the door handle to drop off the return. Ah, but the door was locked. They closed early. I saw the workers inside, they saw me, I held up my phone, pointed to the time (6:27 pm) and pointed to the little box in my hand. They saw me, walked towards me as if to let me in, but nope, they were closing the security gates. Then lights out, closed early. (insert curse words here).

After…read morealmost 25 Mi tires and only 2 out of 4 package labels made they lost power for a second which threw their computers offline and to add insult to injury the two they made labels for were worthless because they couldn't complete the transaction so not only a colossal waste of time but if you can't spell Ottawa or Gregory you probably shouldn't be doing the shipping for anyone. He printed out a small sample so I could confirm that the resolution was suitable, which it was. He printed it out, and it looks excellent. An unexpected bonus of the final product is the durable quality of the paper. I don't know what it is, but it doesn't easily crease or rip. The ink doesn't smear either.
