Someone else did my hair this last time. I requested the same thing I always do. My hair is two inches shorter than I asked for, my bangs are horribly uneven and entirely too short, and I HATE the way it looks. I didn't want to leave a review because I really don't want to get anyone in trouble or something, but this is poor workmanship and I'm horribly unhappy with it. Then she took a few minutes to study my current situation before beginning the actualy waxing. I do use some rather harsh acids on my face which she asked about to determine which wax to use. The appointment didn't take too long and I am happy to say my eyebrows are really nice looking...not Cara Delevingne yet but working on it! I will say that I had a small breakout for about 10 days above my eyebrows, but I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with my alpha beta acids. Next time, I'll cool it for while before my appointment.

I think my stylists name was Kayla? She was great! My hair is frizzy, curly, and usually tough for stylists to smooth out without using a hot tool afterward. She gave me perfect, bouncy curls with just a round brush, and they were frizz-free. I was very impressed.
