    Macarons

For all you jerks who gives this establishment a low rating because of her hours, shame on you. Obviously, her hours are listed, so why be mad if the hours are established?? She is a one man team, give her a break. We called in for a special order, to be picked up, and she was nice about it. She is there before opening hours because she's in the back doing special orders. This place is a tad small, and not very eye pleasing. But, once you see her pastries, your view of this place would change otherwise.. and once you bite into that pastry, decorations will no longer be your concern.. We had the following: - Macarons - (Champagne, chocolate, mocha, vanilla bean, strawberry, raspberry, & pistachio) - they all were amazingly good, crispy shell with gooey insides, not super sweet, and tastes so fresh. *wishing I have one right now...* - Uncupcake: - Wedding Cake - these were okay, not that great, to be honest. - Caramel Macchiato - however, these were amazingly awesome - Pain au chocolat - Probably the best pain au chocolat I've ever eaten.. just the right amount of chocolate, and the croissant are so, so butter and puffy. The air pockets in these were gorgeously amazing. This establishment is somewhat far from where we stayed, but it was so worth it!

    Blueberry & Strawberry Muffins!

Wow, these muffins are amazing! The owner (I think it was the owner) was very nice & accommodating. I needed the muffins early Monday morning but they are closed Monday's. She said she would be at the bakery baking and doing deliveries so she would go ahead & do my order. I got blueberry, strawberry & lemon poppyseed. All were fantastic! Several people in my office said they were the best muffins they ever had & I agree! Plus they were freshly baked and warm when I picked them up & stayed warm because of the packaging.

After reading reviews I made sure to call ahead and see if the store was open. The place has the beginning of cute decorations but it looks slightly unfinished. No macaroons were available of course, but I understand why so no real complaints there. I got the citrus (lemon) tart with little white chocolate shavings on top. I wish the consistency was a bit thicker but the flavor was spot on. It was more like a pudding instead of a firmer custard. It was about 4-5" in diameter and set me back $7. The lemon tart that I bought in Luxembourg was much better and cost about $5 so I wasn't to excited about paying more for a state-side tart that wasn't as delicious. I will go back though, I can't give a whole hearted review without tasting a few more things :) The other items in the case looked mighty tasty and I have yet to get my hands on one of those un-cupcakes.

I have been wanting to try the pastries here and I'm so glad we came. They were awesome! I met the owner and thought it might help to let everyone know the listed hours on Yelp are wrong. Rush is open Fri, Sat, and Sunday. We tried the Lemon tart with shaved white chocolate and the mixed berry tart. I can't wait to go back!

Another amazing visit to Rush Patisserie. This is Bastille Day our way ! Champagne macaroons, 4 kinds of eclairs, a lime tart with Chantilly cream, cream puffs and a strawberry shortcake eclair. Heavenly! Each bite is more divine than the previous. Saturdays The shop is open until 10. We seem to get there around 7.

I stopped in here after finding a few reviews online saying Rush Patisserie is the place to get macarons in Dallas. Unfortunately you have to call ahead to place your macaron orders. Fortunately she had a few leftover from someone else's order, so I was in luck! I got one each of the pistacchio, raspberry, chocolate, and OMG champagne. (OMG is all mine so you know how incredible this macaron was.) These are some of the best macarons I've ever had. The cookie part was perfect and the filling was divine. Samantha was great and we had a chat about some of the world's tastiest macarons. The only negative about Rush is that it's really hard to find. I didn't actually believe my GPS when it said we had arrived. The hours also seem a little odd to me, but I was only in Dallas for a day and the hours fit my schedule just fine.

I have attempted to visit this place several times without success. They tend to have odd hours. The owner, Samantha, is the chef, runs the deliveries and the bakery thus the hours posted on their website are not concrete. I would advise that you call before coming to ensure she will there when you need a sweet fix. Anyway, it was well worth the wait! The bakery is small, quaint and easy to miss next to the much larger Spiral Bakery. Samantha is very kind and personable. She took the time to explain the different deserts and figure out which one we'd like best. We ended up with 4 desserts (pictures added here). I am sorry to say that I don't remember their names but they were all divine, each with their own unique taste and blend of flavors! By far, the best dessert place I've been to in Dallas.

Can I find the best kouign-amann in town at this bakery if not where should I go?

So sorry for the delay. We currently do not have kouign-amann our rotation. Try village baking co. on lower Greenville Ave.

The warm, sweet aroma greeted us the second we cracked the door. Inside, the shop was bright, colorful, and instantly cheerful with a welcoming staff member to match. It was cold and rainy during our visit, so we passed on the macaron ice cream sandwiches this time. They looked absolutely incredible though and I am still thinking about what I missed days later. The team member that helped us was fantastic. She walked us through every flavor and gave us the cutest bookmark-style menu that doubled as the perfect souvenir. We left with an adorable box of six macarons. Each one delivered exactly what its flavor promised. They were perfectly balanced, beautiful, and delicious. I'm so grateful that our friends introduced us to this gem. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area!

The sweets are made in-house (and they clearly do their research on the sweets) and everything I ordered was absolutely delightful. I ordered the Key lime pie - namelaka cream was downright lovely, I wish I could have more! I devoured the whole pie. Coconut lemon bar - the sable dough was the correct choice. The lemon with a hint of coconut balanced out the bar very will, id her this again too! Pecan Blondie - I'm a sucker for the chocolate curls and butterscotch which made this Blondie so delicious. Macarons - Carrot cake, vanilla chai, strawberry is what I ordered I usually avoid macarons because sometimes the temperature is too cold, the cream is a little too hard and the top is too flaky. But my God they did everything right with the macarons. Haute sweets is officially one of my go-to bakeries and I will brag about it to my friends. The attention to small detail, advanced ingredient/recipes, the cutest vibes in the store make this place a slam dunk!
