We went to the opening, got ice latte and and assortment of pastries. The pastries has peach jam in the middle and the texture is really good, not too sweet. And the coffee is strong and tasty too!

After a day of shopping, we stopped in here to get a treat, and my friend I was with is gluten-free so she was excited to see a gluten-free bakery in the galleria! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is so cute and kitschy and had a wide variety of option and the desserts were beautiful it was hard to choose![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The girl at the counter was sweet and friendly, and recommended a few items for us so we tried the pistachio layer cake and the macaron custard cake. We took them to go and ate them in our hotel and they were delicious! I am not gluten free and I loved mine and would definitely go back!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a charming little coffee shop in the Galleria.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a chai latte, which was smooth and creamy, though I wished it had a bit more chai flavor since I love chai of any kind. They have a decent selection of desserts and pastries, all of which looked very delicious. I tried an apple turnover, and it was flaky and buttery with a sweet apple filling. I loved it! The friendly baristas let me take all the time to decide what I wanted since it was my first time here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are a few tables inside. If you're not in a big hurry, take a seat and enjoy your beverage and pastry.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This bakery opened two weeks ago on the first floor of Galleria Mall, next to Louis Vuitton (temporary location) and Sephora. It's a cute little place with contemporary Paris flair. They were offering free samples of their croissants and other baked goods, and the croissants were on point! Since we were already full I ordered the croissant, chocolate croissant, and a few Madeline cookies to go, I will try the coffee next round and update this review. The cookies were fluffy and guaranteed to hit the spot with a cup of coffee or tea. Service is wonderful, the owner stopped by every table to ask how everything was. This will definitely be our usual pit stop for fresh baked goods in the future. Too many items I'm excited to try.

Gluten free French treats ! I am so glad I found this place, so many gluten free options amidst non gluten free so no one feels left out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was also a cute little cafe with art all around.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the berry tart and the lemon tart, both gluten free of course. They also had gluten free tiramisu, and a raspberry cake along with many more goodies. Also got an oatmilk cappuccino. The lady who served us was kind as well. Definitely will be coming back!

Apple turnover....amazing! The best I've had.

I happen to pass by this bakery while I was shopping. I couldn't help but stop in because it smelled so great from outside. It smelled like a traditional Paris bakery. The gentleman was quick to help me, and the croissant was so buttery and flaky, the texture was perfect, the apple turnover was the best. Very lovely bakery inside Galleria Mall just down the hall from banana Republic.

We came in for a quick treat and a mid afternoon coffee pick me up. We got the vanilla latte, it was made really well! We also picked up some bakery treats, all which were made well. I got the mini kouign amann and the raisin bakery roll with custard filling, both were buttery and flaky. I felt that both were a bit on the sweet side, so taking down the sweetness will probably help bring out the richness of both treats. The owner was super friendly, and told us he makes everything in-house, which is very impressive given the number of items for sale. If you are in the area, this is definitely one to try in the Galleria.

Every bite tastes just like, if not better than, Café du Monde in New Orleans. You can't beat that fresh-out-of-the-fryer goodness! While I wouldn't personally visit late at night because of the location, it's 100% worth stopping by during the day or early evening. If you're a beignet lover, this place is an absolute must-try. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

It had a nice, warm, and welcoming feel, which made it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a quick treat. The staff was attentive and took my order pretty quickly, which I appreciated. My Americano came out hot and had a really good bold flavor. I love adding cream to my coffee, and once I did, it balanced out that strong kick perfectly. The beignets were made fresh to order and took about 7 minutes to come out. They were hot, soft, and very fluffy, almost more similar to a donut than a traditional beignet. Since most of my beignet experience comes from New Orleans, Louisiana, I definitely had a different texture in mind going in. I personally wish they had been a little crispier, especially around the edges, but they were still decent and enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience. Between the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, good coffee, and fresh beignets, I would definitely try Le Bon Temps again without hesitation.

The young ladies just don't greet you or have the patience, or help out each other. The little guy in front me asked for a milkshake and the young lady ask in a rude way what cookie and ice cream flavor he wanted. I notice and was in disbelief in how she asked, i didn't step in only because parent wasn't around and i didn't want to cause a scene. I only remained there because I wanted to taste the hype about the ice cream. As the young boy was being help, two minutes had gone by and finally i was helped by the cashier, I was not greeted, she only said next. I ordered a scoop of strawberries & cream, and it was so GOOD! It was so creamy and soft, just the way I love it. I'll probably go back again and I hope they have different flavors to try.

The server working today 9/18 was very generous with her scooping and we deeply appreciate it. After a few samples, we settled on the Coffee Oreo and the Strawberry cream. Both were solid. Coolhaus has a roving ice cream truck but this location is inside the Farmers Market just a few blocks south of Elm Street, which is also a pretty cool place to grab lunch or a tchotchke. Come down and check it out and if you've been to the shaved ice place here, friend me with some feedback.
