The warm, sweet aroma greeted us the second we cracked the door. Inside, the shop was bright, colorful, and instantly cheerful with a welcoming staff member to match. It was cold and rainy during our visit, so we passed on the macaron ice cream sandwiches this time. They looked absolutely incredible though and I am still thinking about what I missed days later. The team member that helped us was fantastic. She walked us through every flavor and gave us the cutest bookmark-style menu that doubled as the perfect souvenir. We left with an adorable box of six macarons. Each one delivered exactly what its flavor promised. They were perfectly balanced, beautiful, and delicious. I'm so grateful that our friends introduced us to this gem. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area!

Here's what I tried: * Italian Cream * Strawberry * Chocolate Covered Strawberry My absolute favorite was the Italian Cream. You could really taste the coconut. It was so flavorful and perfectly balanced without being overpowering. It had that taste that makes you close your eyes after the first bite. The Strawberry was fresh and sweet, and the Chocolate Covered Strawberry gave that classic indulgent vibe. They offer a wide variety of flavors, so whether you like fruity, rich, or classic options, there's something for everyone. This an amazing example of a bakery who bakes right…read more Once I tasted the macarons I looked into the chefs history - Chef Tida has a diverse and successful roadmap which brought her to here today. The sweets are made in-house (and they clearly do their research on the sweets) and everything I ordered was absolutely delightful. I ordered the Key lime pie - namelaka cream was downright lovely, I wish I could have more! I devoured the whole pie. Coconut lemon bar - the sable dough was the correct choice. The lemon with a hint of coconut balanced out the bar very will, id her this again too! Pecan Blondie - I'm a sucker for the chocolate curls and butterscotch which made this Blondie so delicious. Macarons - Carrot cake, vanilla chai, strawberry is what I ordered I usually avoid macarons because sometimes the temperature is too cold, the cream is a little too hard and the top is too flaky. But my God they did everything right with the macarons. Haute sweets is officially one of my go-to bakeries and I will brag about it to my friends. The attention to small detail, advanced ingredient/recipes, the cutest vibes in the store make this place a slam dunk!

I came with my dog so I couldn't come in the store and the staff was so kind to help me out, bringing me the item outside. I don't recall the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was the kindest. Thank you for making this such a tasteful gift.

I am SO sad that this store is closing!!!…read more Kate Weiser has SO MUCH TALENT! Her candies and colors are literally pieces of ART to me...they are SO BEAUTIFUL. Her stores are closing due the increasing costs of products to produce this deluxe chocolate. She even won Chocolatier (probably not spelling the correctly, sorry Kate~) of the year, and the ONLY women What a SHAME!!!! This is a Dallas based store, and in a high-end area, which should be able to afford such a DELITE:) and be able to support her shop. Two stores now closed and this one in it's last couple of weeks in existence~ I do not understand how this is happening!!!!

We stopped at Kate Weiser for a journey in chocolate. We visited many of the flavor stops that they offered and found quite a few of them that were indeed explosive in taste. There were maybe 20 or more combinations and my son and I selected ones to fill our boxes with. We hung out for a bit eating this one or that one while drinking our waters. The staff here were fun, They knew their stuff, and they were very attentive. Honestly some of the flavors were meh... one or two were yuck, but the majority of them took us on a trip of flavor transcendence! Wow!! They looked almost as good as they tasted. True small confectionary works of art that were so perfect they looked fake. It was an awesome stop for my son and I. We had lots of fun and would come back again any time we are in the area.
