Everytime ive had Rush's Squares, I've enjoyed it. They have a list of pies or you can create your own. Ive hard the carnie- an all meat and The Big Dill- one with ranch, bacon and pickles topped w dill. I still always come back for the all meat though. Their crust is soft and light center with a crisp, cheesy edge. I normally dont even like a pan crust style but id say this is one of the better pizzas in Bend. They put the perfect amount of toppings- I tend to like moderate to a lot of toppings on my pizzas.

After a long hike in the badlands with our dope ass dogs, daddy and his arm candy were ready to mount some food from behind. We searched Yelp for a hot second and came across Rush's Squares. Lets be honest, who really likes a pizza crust? I feel like a crust is a waste of space and Rush's fills that space like a porn star with their cheesy, crunchy, finger licken' good edges. And Speaking of Porn stars they had a pickle pizza on the special menu! The smoke show on my arm obviously wanted a pickle in and around her mouth so daddy had to order the special. I wasn't mad about that, it was a strong order and choosing to mount the pizza from behind was the best 30 seconds of my life! Yours truly, Daddy Hoist, feast and stab my beautiful people!

New pizza truck in town, currently parked at Silver Moon Brewing's new lot. Rush's Squares makes square pizza, a thick(ish) crust similar to Detroit style (they in fact have one called the Detroit). - Herbie: a vegetarian pizza with small tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese and spinach. Very tasty, not huge, reasonably priced at $15. The pizza came out piping hot although the first bite revealed that the interior wasn't very hot, rather it was just warm. That didn't slow us down a bit. As with the other food trucks at Silver Moon, you can order online provided the particular vendor has 'turned on' the system for their truck. Or you can do it old school and just walk up and order. Recommended.

Gf crust topped with vegan cheese tomatoes onions and basil

Great that they had gluten free crust and vegan daiya cheese to offer, but our pizza was sad and lacking sauce. Waited about 20 min for it at the end of the night.

on tap in bend is basically a command center…read more you walk in and it's just food trucks orbiting. bbq smoke drifting through like a signal. hawaiian spot right there (my friend owns it, from kauai, very real, no notes, automatic top marks). something else in a bowl happening nearby. you don't build a meal here it assembles itself around you got a beer. found a spot. immediately noticed they had the right game on. not a random game. the one you were hoping for but didn't say out loud place runs like a system. people moving. orders landing. dogs doing their part now the water cups still got that chlorine situation. like a confident rinse that never got fully resolved and i say that with experience. full year in a boarding school dish house. me, chris, and pat. every night. racks, steam, no mercy there was a stretch where morale dipped and then cotton eye joe would come on and chris would start dancing through the dish line like it was a tactical reset but the one thing he never missed was the rinse. clean. dry. no memory left behind so just offering a simple field guide here: step 1: wash like you mean it. hot water. soap doing real work. don't rush this part step 2: first rinse. strong. clear everything out. no bubbles no excuses step 3: sanitize. respect the process. don't freestyle the timing step 4: final rinse. this is where championships are won. hot clean water. full commitment. no shortcuts step 5: air dry. no stacking wet like a risky investment. give it space. let it become what it's supposed to be that's it. chris built a whole reputation on that system and honestly everything else here is already dialed bbq hitting. hawaiian spot elite. game correct. energy right five stars one more rinse and it's a perfect operation

Nice to see something like this on the east side of Bend. While it doesn't have the same outdoorsy…read morecharm as a place on the west side (with the tall trees for instance), they've done a good job with lots of seating, with options inside as well as outside and outside covered. There's a sizable grass area (though currently looks like they're trying to re-seed the missing chunks) where I saw a family set up a blanket for a picnic. Lots of food truck options and the layout is simple and easy to compare your options side by side. Drink options were plenty, though it didn't seem like you could get just a soda if you wanted one but I didn't look that hard. Ice cold self-serve water was good with me. Bartender was friendly. We ordered a couple items from the BBQ truck (will do a separate review). There appears to be a nice sized stage for live performances as well as multiple fire pits and heaters for when things cool down at night or in the winter. Parking is a decent size, though don't be fooled by your map app and turn into the shopping strip just before it, they have signs everywhere that that parking is NOT for the food trucks/on Tap. Optional street parking as well, even if the street is a little tight. Would return for sure.

This is just super fun. So I was walking by this place on a Saturday afternoon and I knew I absolutely had to stop. The prices are perfect for a late breakfast, or afternoon snack, or you can totally get an assortment and go crazy. But honestly, it's all pretty good. I got the original waffle, and a Boston cream pie waffle. The waffles come in sticks so it's super easy to eat and they have a nice balance between crunchy exterior, and soft warm pillowy interior. The waffle batter honestly made me think of all the waffles I used to eat as a kid and how much I love a good waffle. The Boston cream pie waffle was good. There's a little bit too much Nutella in it for my taste, but the Bavarian cream filling was wonderful. No syrup needed in my opinion. So this place has about three sweet waffles, and three savory waffles on the menu along with a few secret items when the owners get bored. Of course they are also regular waffles that are served in the delightful stick shape. All in all, this place is pretty solid. I can see it being very fun to share with friends and just have a good time can you group of friends together, ordering everything off the menu, and trying to taste the different flavors.
