I absolutely love a good food truck. This is definitely a fun and creative twist on a waffle. They have good tasty waffles, friendly owners, and creative flavor fillings. This is just super fun. So I was walking by this place on a Saturday afternoon and I knew I absolutely had to stop. The prices are perfect for a late breakfast, or afternoon snack, or you can totally get an assortment and go crazy. But honestly, it's all pretty good. I got the original waffle, and a Boston cream pie waffle. The waffles come in sticks so it's super easy to eat and they have a nice balance between crunchy exterior, and soft warm pillowy interior. The waffle batter honestly made me think of all the waffles I used to eat as a kid and how much I love a good waffle. The Boston cream pie waffle was good. There's a little bit too much Nutella in it for my taste, but the Bavarian cream filling was wonderful. No syrup needed in my opinion. So this place has about three sweet waffles, and three savory waffles on the menu along with a few secret items when the owners get bored. Of course they are also regular waffles that are served in the delightful stick shape. All in all, this place is pretty solid. I can see it being very fun to share with friends and just have a good time can you group of friends together, ordering everything off the menu, and trying to taste the different flavors.

Bacon Waffle was amazing, with Log Cabin syrup. Fun meal for the whole family. Thanks. Love having the giant connect 4 game for the Kids.

I didn't breathe between bites--I simply inhaled the deliciousness. It's been 8 hrs and I am still thinking about this burger. Probably will still be thinking about it tomorrow too. The only thing that I would improve on is that I am not sure if the fries are made in house. They seemed pre frozen and flash fried. They still tasted good though.

But this place in Bend... this is serious burger territory. First thing you notice: they're not messing around with the menu. Just burgers that understand what a burger is supposed to be. Double patty. Brioche bun. Cheese doing its job. America. I ordered The O.G. because I respect tradition. American cheese, caramelized onions, burger sauce. Simple system. Works great. Like a pickup truck that starts every time. My buddy got The Popper which is basically what happens when a jalapeño popper and a burger start collaborating. Bacon, jalapeño cream cheese, ranch. It looked like something a scientist made to test the limits of happiness. Fries were solid. Soda cold. No weird nonsense. Just burgers doing burger things. Only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because if I lived closer I would probably eat here too often and that feels medically irresponsible. I'd give it 6 stars if Yelp understood burgers better.

The Peach Pit. I knew my wife and friends were going out to dinner in a few days . I made sure we were going to eat at the WIch Doctor. My wife and friend Cheri are both vegetarian. They both tried the TLC. Farm tomatoes and mixed greens, house mayo, smoked crunchy salt, tillamook smoked cheddar crusted sparrow bakery sliced sourdough. My wife and friend Cheri are vegetarian. They both could not believe that the sandwich tasted like a BLT. Brenda ( co-owner) said the combination of the smokey salt and smokey cheese make a bacon flavor. They both loved their sandwiches. MY friend Dave had the Peach Pit. He had the same feeling as when I had that sandwich the other day. OUTSTANDING. I wanted to try Cedar Street . Roasted tri-tip, irish cheddar, obsidian stout worcestershire shallot jam, house mayo, arugula, toasted one loaf bend bakery sourdough ciabatta. This upscale Cheesestake sandwich was terrific. The best tri- tip I've ever eaten. After eating I had to tell "Chef" Cody ( co-owner) he was batting 2 for 2 on my visits to " Wich Doctor". Both Brenda and Cody are great at what they have put together. Great food and friendly , informative service.

I've tried a few different tri-tip sandwiches in bend recently and this one might be my favorite (don't come for me!). The staff are really nice too! In case you haven't been to this area, it's a food truck that is part of an outdoor pavilion area. Super fun spot to check out if you're with a group. I'll be back!
