EXAMPLE: When they see someone trying to get up from their chair they are right there to help them. I've seen this over and over again. I'm very blessed to have placed my husband in REGENCY @Whitmore Lake. The activities director is awesome! I am pleased with all the different activities. I go every other Saturday for a sing along ( guitar in hand ) and totally enjoy every minute. THE FRIENDLINESS of the staff when entering is Awesome. They have proven to me that they truly care for everyone. Let's join together and pray for the staff for extra strength as they do all that is needed as they care for our loved one.

I found Magnum online, these guys got a Dr to do a house visit that afternoon, thank God because he was on blood thinning medication, they set him up on a lower dose of warfarin, got a nurse to come visit him twice a week to make sure he was reacting ok to the med dosage and also got a physical therapist to come to his house twice a week! He is doing 100% better now, able to leave his house when he wants and seems a lot healthier after the medication change. The physical therapist helped him to be able to exercise on his own and strengthen himself to be able to do household chores and his hobbies, I can't thank you guys enough, he really feels independent and happy again! (Incontenent?) Not me. A long with these papers yes papers, she had them on a folder for me to sign. I refused to sign these lies, so she grabbed the folder and papers out of my hand, leaving a awful divit (approx 1 inch long) and 1/2 inch deep. It bled for days. I called er a B and kept yelling for her to get out of my house. She refused until I threatened her with the police. The RNs/MAs don't like it when someone can advocate for themselves. My brother has gone 2+ hours without meds. They are changing his treatment plan without his consent or surgeons permission- which is a violation of his rights. Help button was pushed many times but no one ever came and when they did they were told the help button wasnt working and they claimed it was until we finally got someone to double check come to find out it was not working the whole time. They neglect requests to be seen by a doctor. They neglect changing them or bathing them. They do not help them brush their teeth at all! They're not helpful when it comes to feeding time and need help. Being short staffed wasn't the issue if I see five to six just sitting around on their phones, even if they were it don't give them the right to be a shitty human being with no compassion.
