I live in California and I will drive over to Prescott to continue care with her, as long as she can tolerate me. Dr. Fee has the most incredible staff, I am so comfortable with each staff member. They all put up with me, OMG! I hope they continue to! What a lovely lady and I am so grateful to have such a great dentist, thank you Kimberly! Jana Valenzano

She's so caring for her patients! Every time she does work on my teeth, she always calls me that evening, or even weekends, to check on me! Really??! Who does that anymore? Nobody! Well, Dr. Fee does! She's so darn sweet and caring! She's a keeper!! For sure!! And then there's her staff! Especially the front desk and I feel so bad I can't remember her name but she's the "bomb" too! Always a ray of sunshine whenever I come in! So sweet! I love her too! I definitely have a little phobia about going to the dentist but not anymore! I Know I'm in excellent care when I walk thru those doors!! I really don't want to share Dr. Fee but then that would be very greedy of me so, I highly recommend Dr. Fee to everyone! She's the best in Prescott and I feel very blessed to have her as my dentist! On March 25, 2026, I contacted five dental offices in Cottonwood, Arizona (including this one) in…read morean attempt to schedule a needed cleaning. Every one shamefully denied me treatment. Each one sought to potentially injure me by demanding a series of dangerous and unnecessary dental x-rays. They falsely asserted that they routinely need the series every three years before they can conduct a simple cleaning. They asserted that this is mandated by the American Dental Association (ADA). First, there is no 3-year rule or policy. The dentists fabricated that. Second, the ADA's new 2026 guidance reads the OPPOSITE. The ADA mimics the Arizona Administrative Code R12-1-407 which considers dental x-rays to be dangerous (i.e., there is no safe level of ionizing radiation). Both mandate that dental x-rays only be ordered where medically necessary, and not routinely. I then contacted the Arizona Dental Association and they wrote back concurring that these dentists were operating illegally and dangerously in violation of Arizona law. Dental x-rays may not be acutely dangerous but they are cumulative in their hazards, which means your cancer may not develop for 25 years from their unnecessary x-rays. Too late to sue the dentist. The genetic damage leading to cancer can build on itself year after year. The push for expensive x-rays seems to be motivated by profits instead of patient safety. MetLife and other medical malpractice insurance companies, on their websites, endorse the positions of the ADA and the State of Arizona. No one supports unnecessary medical procedures, especially if they are dangerous. You should know that 100% safe dental imaging exists. This includes dental ultrasound, which in many cases is actually superior to x-rays in detecting early cavities. Insist on ultrasound. Maddy Cottonwood, AZ Age 69 - Veteran

My experience from this office was phenomenal and unbelievably stress free! Dr. Braillie deserves the highest award for his professional and calming demeanor. Since the procedure I have had zero pain and zero negative side effects. I would give him 10 Stars for his proficiency and expertise in his field. Also, Lexi, his assistant, is incredibly knowledgeable and caring during the procedure. Also , she was very good at explaining do's and don'ts after the procedure. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience, thanks to this office! I highly recommend anyone who needs any periodontal services, let the professionals at Flagstaff Peridontal do the work for you! .

My general dentist thought I might have a periodontal problem which was causing some aching so he referred me here. The office staff are very friendly and I might go back just to hang out in the waiting room. It's very comfortable so my wife was able to hang out. The dental assistant was also friendly and professional and got me all set-up. Dr. Pontip Baillie was simply a delight. She explained everything as we went along and determined that I didn't have any periodontal issues and felt that an endodontist should be my next stop (i.e., I needed a root canal). There's an endodontist in the same office park but they weren't answering their phone so she had one of her staff members walk over and book me an appointment for the same day. How's that for service?
