She's so caring for her patients! Every time she does work on my teeth, she always calls me that evening, or even weekends, to check on me! Really??! Who does that anymore? Nobody! Well, Dr. Fee does! She's so darn sweet and caring! She's a keeper!! For sure!! And then there's her staff! Especially the front desk and I feel so bad I can't remember her name but she's the "bomb" too! Always a ray of sunshine whenever I come in! So sweet! I love her too! A bit later, as we were back on the road, she texted her assurance that she'd not forgotten me and would be in touch. Her next text confirmed a time that fit with our arrival! Specific comments: Veronica: Friendly, great sense of humor, very skilled at what she does. She deserves a raise! Becky: Friendly. Makes you feel at home and at ease immediately. Works hand in glove with Dr. Fee like a pro. Dr. Fee: Friendly (do you sense a theme?) and personable. I liked her immediately. My general dentist thought I might have a periodontal problem which was causing some aching so he referred me here. The office staff are very friendly and I might go back just to hang out in the waiting room. It's very comfortable so my wife was able to hang out. The dental assistant was also friendly and professional and got me all set-up. Dr. Pontip Baillie was simply a delight. She explained everything as we went along and determined that I didn't have any periodontal issues and felt that an endodontist should be my next stop (i.e., I needed a root canal). There's an endodontist in the same office park but they weren't answering their phone so she had one of her staff members walk over and book me an appointment for the same day. The staff is so friendly and the second time I came they remembered me, even after only meeting once before. The lobby is cozy and comfortable and the office is very up to date. I have never had any billing issues and have been impressed they can give me quotes for procedures right there in the office. I have also felt very comfortable with the precautions they have taken with the current pandemic. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a great dentist!
