My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Seth for several years now. I have never left a review for anyone, or any company. Mostly because I am too lazy, but I decided to do it because Dentistry, of all the medical fields probably gets the least appreciation. In most people's experience, they know they are not going to leave a Dental office without pain and a lighter wallet. Dental Insurance has and probably always will be awful. That leaves the Dentist at a slight disadvantage when it comes to the patient leaving completely happy. Not to mention the possibility of some pain mixed in there. All the Dentist can do is try to go above and beyond in the areas they can so the negative part isn't what the patient dwells on. And that is exactly what they do at the Larsen's. The front office ladies are so sweet from the moment you walk in the door, no matter how busy they are they make you feel like you are the only patient they have to worry about that day. I'm talking to you Crista, Becky and Patty. I know I am going to forget some names here so let me apologize now because even if I have forgotten a name, everyone of you have always been so nice. You are always laughing or smiling. A lot of people have a fear of going to the dentist and a sense of humor does a lot to relax people and build trust. Funny people would never hurt you. lol. You girls rock!! The back office, where the serious stuff goes down. Pain, for example...well they have that covered too. I think Seth is the first dentist I ever went to where I don't even feel the shot of novocaine when it is injected. That has always been my main apprehension and he is so patient and careful not to cause any unnecessary discomfort. He really cares. And he is not one of those Dentists that is always in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Very professional and very skilled. He always takes his time to listen to any concerns you may have and you never feel like you have been rushed in and out. Daniel (dental assistant) is such a nice guy, always making sure you are comfortable, T.V., water, chair position, and always smiling and laughing. I can't say enough good things about him and Angelle. Angelle is my dental hygienist and so sweet and again always smiling and happy. Great listener. Very patient. Somehow I mange to ramble on about things while she is trying to clean my teeth and that must be so frustrating for her but she never lets on, because she would NEVER want you to feel bad. Sainthood for that one. :) Maybe they profile people before they hire over there. Like "You have to be a NICE person to work here." I know people can't always be so nice and sweet because that is not human nature, and sometimes you are just having a crappy day, but these people in this office really do leave their problems at home and make it all about you when you are there. Neither my husband nor I would EVER go anywhere else. I am 54 years old and until I started going here I didn't care what dentist I saw because none were exceptional and my experience was always far from good. The key to running a business is to get the customer to want to come back, Right? They definitely got that figured out. I highly recommend Dr. Seth! I moved to PV about 2 years ago and chose Dr. Seth because they could get me in so quickly. My husband has also seen Dr. Seth and really likes him (which says a lot because my husband hates the dentist). What I love about this practice is that they take the time to educate you and really focus on preventative treatment which can help save a lot of money. I felt Dr. Seth was very honest with me and took his time to personally answer any questions I had. I have had X-Rays, cleanings, and 2 crowns done here and have not had any problems or issues with the treatment or with billing. Before scheduling anything the office staff contacted my insurance to determine pricing which was great because I knew how much I was going to pay for my services. These guys are great. I fell and broke many teeth. It took us a couple of months, but Doctor Seth repaired my entire smile. Every tooth looks better than ever. The work was wonderful, and needed only one follow-up when another symptom showed up later. They did not charge me for the follow-up! I've been terrified of dentists my whole life, but these guys put me at ease. During cleanings, they let me listen to pandora, and create a new station each time. During my three surgeries, I watched movies on Netflix. I see them every six months for cleanings, and when I have a concern, it is addressed promptly. Never hesitate to ask. Best Dentist in the Tri-city. I do not like the dentist and never have. I started with Larson Dentistry out of convenience not preference. I didn't want to drive into Prescott anymore. After seeing Dr. Seth for awhile, I realized how comforting he is with his patients especially the ones like me who hate being in that chair. Dr. Seth and his staff are the Best. Always helping with any situation that may arise to make every patient feel Special. Do get me wrong, I still hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Seth puts me at ease so I dislike it a little less. First visit and Seth Larson is a very impressive dentist. I have lived in four states and had several different dentist. Dr Seth Larson is the best I have had. He is very thorough, friendly, reasonably priced, and gives a very honest appraisal of care options while not being at all "pushy". You are shown clear pictures of any problem areas and these are clearly explained in an understandable way. You are also provided with the cost of all recommended treatments to enable one to make intelligent care decisions. All the equipment appears to be the latest technology. read more

Appointment #5 and yes smiling. Walking from this healing office, excited that with each visit my mouth is becoming healthy which is my number 1 goal. I clearly recall how frightened and embarrassed I was due to my neglect and lack of trust for dentists over some 20 years. I am terrified of the dentist. Dr. Seth Larson made me feel so calm, and worked to help me relax. I needed a appointment ASAP, as I had a very bad tooth that needed attention. The office staff was great and I was able to see him that day. I was not a current patient, and was in need of a new dentist. This is the most professional dental office I have ever gone to. I would recommend Dr. Seth anytime. He is gentle and knows what he is doing. He has always explained procedures and answered my questions. Dr. Seth and staff are the absolute best in town. I didn't really have good experiences in the past at other dental offices and found myself in quite a bit of pain. I needed some emergency dental work done on my gums. My regular Dentist was not able to get me in. I called Larson Dental explained my situation and they made time for me.
