We found Dr. Seth through an odd set of circumstances. We are new to the area, and about 2 months ago now, my husband started experiencing a horrible toothache, of course on a Saturday and before we had selected a dentist. We waited until Monday and then started to call dentists' offices close to our home. WELL - they were all closed for "spring break" - wow! I had earlier seen good reviews on here for Dr. Seth, so even though his office is 30 minutes drive from home, in desperation I called to see if they could work my husband in? They surely could! And they were so nice on the phone, explaining that they were NOT providers for our insurance but would bill on our behalf. Turned out that my husband had to lose that tooth, it was cracked and had a very old crown on it and was badly infected. I was so impressed with the professionial treatment that I set up my own appointment for an exam. I found Dr. Seth very patient, willing to explain anything I had questions about, good sense of humor too! Sadly because they are not providers for our insurance, and because our dental coverage is for preventive only, it is all coming out of pocket but we're so pleased with the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire office that we are willing to pay for our treatment there. THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW! I've seen and heard some very unusual things in the 18 countries that I've stepped foot in. My previous dentist was absolutely shocked when I told him that the building next door being the business that I'm writing this zero star review for, who he'd sent my files to, firstly two different staff members said they had no recollection whatsoever of my files being sent to them. The final nail in the coffin was when Kelly who left a message on my voicemail and later Pam a couple of weeks ago turned around and said yes it will be """"""$50""""" to have your records printed up. So suddenly they've now found my records and might I add I paid for my own x-rays to begin with. $50 for what a few pieces of paper to be printed up? Greed will be the downfall of humankind! As a new patient, I expected the dentist to look at my teeth. The hygienist took the xrays, cleaned my teeth and inspected my teeth and gums. The dentist came in and told me what he could do in a cosmetic way. He never looked at my teeth. He recommended a night guard for teeth grinding, which I do not do. Said I could go to a sleep specialist (gave me a card) and insurance would probably cover the guard. When I first arrived I asked what my costs would be and was told nothing. I asked the hygienist when she was taking xrays if this was covered and what my costs would be. I was told the insurance takes care of it. When I left, the receptionist presented me with a cost estimate for the "bonding" cosmetic work the dentist wanted to do. I asked again what my costs for the day would be and was again told "no charge". Two months later, I receive a bill for the services that day. Insurance only covered part. I was surprised as I was told 3 times I would not have a charge for that day. I paid the bill and have found a new dentist. I also saw on the bill a charge for the dentist office visit. When I spoke to the office manager, she told me the dentist had spent an hour with me and had charged for his time with me. I had xrays, a cleaning and saw the dentist (15 minutes tops). When I told the ofc mgr the dentist didn't look at my teeth, she said "we would have to agree to disagree on that". I think I would know if the dentist physically checked my teeth. I wasn't in the office a total of an hour, much less saw the dentist for an hour. I do not recommend Larson Dental. read more

Start to finish, top marks. I called for emergency visit due to pain. "Sorry to hear about that. We have an opening. Come on in." Dr. Seth assessed the situation and provided an affordable option. Let's start with the staff. A good doctor provides a good staff and an adequate number of them. That's a corner many doctors cut to save money. Not Larson's! They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff in adequate numbers. No one I dealt with seemed to feel rushed or overworked. That feeling is not one I've experienced in any sort of doctor's office for many years. Because my husband and I had back to back appointments, I sat in the waiting room and listened to the clerical staff interact with other patients both in person and on the phone. The two I heard, were friendly and more informative than I expected. They are obviously well-trained. The dental assistant who saw me was Monica. She was excellent - friendly. thorough, and was able to distill my lengthy dental history so by the time I saw Dr. Larson, I didn't have to repeat it all again. We both saw Dr. Zack. He was also warm, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. We both found him very easy to communicate with and approachable. We both need a number of things done after no dental care for about 5 years (covid and changing states). The doctor took the time to show me the pictures his tech had taken and discuss them with me. I'm sure he did the same with my husband. Then we received written treatment plans complete with cost estimates. I've had a variety of dental care through the years running the spectrum from adequate to great, but this was truly the very best dental experience of my life. read more

The entire staff is absolutely awesome. We moved here 2months ago and I had apprehension about choosing a new dentist. This office is just another example of we made the right decision to move here. They are very caring and most importantly when it comes to dental work they are very gentle. This is the first time in a long time that I had dental work and no soreness the next day. I moved to the area and needed to try a new dentist. I do not recommend Dr. Seth Larson for 2 reasons. First, he scheduled me for a dental procedure without explaining what the procedure was, why I needed it, and what it would cost. Many people like me do not have dental insurance and want to make an informed decision about their care and the cost. Second, I was not impressed with either of the two dental hygienists as they were not as professional as I had experienced previously. One, in particular, used an ultrasound device that was quite uncomfortable. Interestingly, I was told that there is quite a turnover in this practice with hygienists. read more

I have always had anxiety with regard to going to the dentist and especially needing to have work done of any type. When I moved into the area, I asked around to find a dentist that would be gentle and understand my issues. My friend had just switched to Dr. Seth Larson and gave me his number. He recently did two crowns and did an outstanding job. I was out for the initial work to get my teeth ready for the crowns and numbed up when he put the crowns on. He did a great job. I felt comfortable the whole time. His office staff is friendly and professional and they really care about your comfort. They explain everything about the costs upfront. Their technology is top-notch. I would highly recommend Dr. Seth. My two new crowns look just like my other teeth. read more

My family and I moved to PV three years ago. We immediately began the search for new doctors and dentists. We started going to a large dental office. When my husband had a dental emergency, we called the office. They informed us that they could get see him in 2 weeks. We immediately started calling other offices. Dr. Seth said to come in right away. He stayed late and took care of the problem. My husband, two teenagers and I have been seeing Dr. Seth ever since then. Let me start off by saying this office is great! I have not had my teeth cleaned in about two years and decided it was time, so when I made an appointment to get a full checkup and cleaning I was a little worried about what they would find. Needless to say I was in good hands, Seth is very educational and the best dentist I've ever been too. He explained everything out in detail and let me know the procedures needing to be done and why. I could tell patient care was on the top of their list because i was very comfortable throughout the deep cleaning and cavities being filled. They have a tv with Netflix the patient can watch during the procedure and headphones to listen to music. They seemed to use new technology "or at least I think" on my teeth during cleaning. Like the laser to clean out the pockets under my gums. Overall I would recommend seeing Seth Larson the staff is amazing and Heather and Daniel rocked! They took great care of me both days. read more
