Smile Care will definitely put a smile on your face; they only do necessary dental work, while other dentists I've gone to were often pushing to get one tooth after another capped. There are also lots of smiles among the staff-- with each other and with patients; while waiting my turn (never for long!), I can count on hearing laughter coming from the staff room. When I have needed work done unexpectedly, they got me in promptly. And I cannot say enough about my dental hygienist, Courtney: so professional, thorough, and personable. I've been a patient at Prescott Smile Care for about 5 years now and this is my favorite dental practice of all time (I'm in my 40's). Both Doctors, Bowman listen to my issues and drama every 4 months and they still allow me to come back. They NEVER push or try to sell me on procedures like other practices have in the past. I've had emergencies and was able to get in that same day. They really take care of me and I always leave feeling great. I love sharing laughs with Dr.Tori we chat about mom life and all the ups and downs that come with it. Shelby did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and she addressed my sensitive teeth with care. Prescott Smile Care has been our go to for anything dental for the past couple years. I have been EVERYWHERE in Prescott and was not happy with any of the dental offices until I went to the father-daughter dental team, Doctors Tori and Curt Bowman are TOP NOTCH at what they do. They have the most professionally run office I have ever been to. When it comes to anything medical it is rare to find a mom & pop, or in this case Pop & Daughter business. I have been going to see Dr. Bowman for over 10 years. I have always found him very personable and a dentist that I could trust to give me excellent care but not to suggest care that I didn't need. Now I am finding that it takes four months to get into see him. At my appointment yesterday, I was seen by his daughter who is a new dentist. I am not happy with the results. The hygienists are friendly, on time, and use ultrasonic cleaners for regular cleanings. The dentists are nice too (father and daughter), and there is a dental lab in the same building. They will submit out-of-network claims for you. I have a Humana Medicare Advantage PPO, and I didn't have to pay anything today. They should be in-network with Humana soon. From what I can see, their costs for preventative care are very reasonable. Even though this is a large practice for Prescott, their hygienists are usually booked solid for a while, so book ahead or find a cancellation. To find the place, go to the almost the end of the Crossings. Turn right, where there is a sign for Prescott Smile Care. The public entrance is on the back side of the building, so you might as well park in the back. read more

We are new to the area and a friend referred PSC to us. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. The staff at check-in was friendly. The wait time was short. The oral hygienist was very pleasant and a good listener. She took x-rays, performed cleaning, examined my teeth thoroughly and efficiently. I haven't been to the dentist in over 7 years due to anxiety and lack of $$. My boyfriend convinced me to go see Dr. Tori Bowman. The level of genuine care she provides to her patients is amazing. I had my cleaning one appointment and my consultation the next so nothing felt rushed. Day of the procedure I was pretty anxious so she was able to give me some medicine to help calm me down. It took 3 hours to do one crown and 7 other pretty deep cavities, which is pretty darn quick IMO. I had minimal discomfort and I have no complaints. All the staff that work there are incredibly friendly and efficient as well. I have already scheduled my 6 month check up and will continue to go to Dr. Tori for all my dental needs. read more
