After some consideration, and a sales negotiation on his part I chose to surrender my iPhone 15 and purchase a iPhone 16 and new phone plane through an ATT family plan. At that time I then handed Jaden my iPhone 15, he in turn handed me a new iPhone 16; and I was promptly informed that my 15 would be placed in the store safe, locked up safely until it was time for it to be shipped to the ATT warehouse in Texas. (i have the IMEI#, if anyone at corporate wants it) Due to Invoice discrepancies that went on for 3 months, I decided to go back to the store for clarification. At that time I was informed by the Amsterdam store manager that Jaden had been transferred to the Johnstown location due to SEVERAL other customer complaints. I then went to Johnstown and spoke to Jaden who checked the computer and informed me that I was not credited for an iPhone 15, but instead for an iPhone 6; and as a result was only credited $350 on my bill instead of the $800 I was owed. The next day I returned to the Johnstown store and spoke to the branch manager who informed me that he would escalate this issue to the district manager who was the only one capable of tracking down my Iphone 15 and finding out where it had gone. This past Saturday, the 13th of September 2025, I returned to the Johnstown location to talk to the store manager, as I had not received either a phone call(they have my number), nor an email( they have my email) and was promptly informed that the District Manager for the local ATT stores was unwilling to spend any time tracking down my iPhone 15, and the only course of action that he could recommend was to contact customer service. I really hope that someone up the food chain reaches out to me to help me find out what has happened, and properly track down my missing iPhone 15 so that it can be turned in and the credits that I get applied to my account properly are reflected.

    Two weeks ago I started having a problem with my iPhone's battery where the entire phone would heat…read moreup almost too hot to touch and the battery would go down to zero within minutes, even when plugged in, so I took my phone to the Verizon store who told us to bring it here for a battery replacement. We brought it here and they said they would run a diagnostic just to make sure it was the battery and they'd call us in an hour. Three and a half hours later they call and say that they're replacing the battery AND the screen. They said the screen "went" while they were running the diagnostic. I never had any problems with the screen at all before but I just took their word for it. They tried to give us the phone back without the case I had on it. They searched half-heartedly for the case for three minutes and then just checked us out, we only got the case back after insisting they look more. We paid $180 for a new battery and a new screen and went home. The next day, a Sunday, I realized the battery issue wasn't fixed, it was still doing the same thing it had been, but I had to go back to college about two hours away from Oneonta. Then Monday night, without warning, the brand new screen suddenly went completely black with one white bar, and wouldn't respond to anything. Meanwhile the battery issue continued to get worse throughout the week until the phone wouldn't charge at all. We brought it back this past Saturday only because we'd already sunk so much money into this place only for them to literally make the phone worse. They replaced the screen AGAIN and still didn't fix the battery issue, and charged us another $25. We brought it back later that same day and they said that the battery won't stay charged because keeping apps open drains it. Now it's Sunday afternoon and my phone is going crazy. The screen doesn't respond to touch correctly and scrolls around, clicks things, and types things on its own. It is completely unusable. I googled the problem and found out something's wrong with the screen or the circuitry. Let me reiterate; I had this phone for almost three years and NEVER had any problem with the screen at all before I brought it here. I'm so done with this place, I wanted to keep this phone but now they've messed it up so much I have to buy a whole new one.
