I have my cellphone plans through Tmobile and have been there for over 15 years now. There service is good and my experience at the store or over the phone have been consistent. read more

Unprofessional, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, dishonest, and rude. A man named Juan that works in this store should not be interacting with customers. Another man that was working, Tyler, at least tried to be helpful but could not do anything. A person on our plan went into this store trying to get his number moved from an old phone to a newer device, and was originally told by employees that he needed to be added as an authorized user before an employee in the store could do anything for him. As the account owner, out of state, I did this via the app and per the instructions that those employees gave me on an initial phone call. Great, they were able to move the number off of the original device - but there was an issue with the new device and the number did not work. We then asked to put the number back onto the original device, but they claimed they could not, because the person on my account was not an authorized user. He was, as we had already gone through the steps to make him authorized, and the employees had already moved the number over, which they claimed could not be done unless he was an authorized user. Over the phone, I was trying to understand what was going on and what the issue was. When I asked how they were already able to move the number once just a few minutes prior, I was cutoff and talked over, saying that I didn't authorize him "the right way", then an excuse that it would take 24hrs for an authorization go through and before they could see it on their end, and then Juan hung up on me while I was still speaking. He then proceeded to kick this person out of the store because I had been "mouthy" with him over the phone when I was simply trying to understand how they were able to do something once already and then claimed they could not do it, in a matter of minutes. read more

I desperately needed an AT&T iPhone charger for my iPhone and this location had one. This location is in a mall that half. The stores are closed because of Covid. They were only two people working there. I waited about 30 minutes online just to pay for a charger. The gentleman behind the desk who helped me was very kind and very nice and very knowledgeable. I'm only giving three stars because of the time I had to wait just to pay for a charger. Other than that I would recommend them. They are very knowledgeable. read more

I'd give them zero stars if possible. I went to the store and George was an absolute lousy, condescending and rude associate! He literally was playing a game on his phone and stopped talking mid sentence with us because he had to play his game "before he got killed"! Got the wrong item for us because he wasn't listening cause he was on his phone. REALLY??? I know good help is hard to find, but anyone would be better than him! Tried to talk and ask questions but he'd cut us off and he knew everything about anything and offered unsolicited (and quite frankly rude and condescending/borderline disrespectful) opinions on anything and everything! Horrible, go anywhere else and if you must avoid George! Ask for Robert instead. read more

The manager at this location is a scumbag, I went in to upgrade and continue leasing and he insisted I switch to a 24 month contract, this ultimately made me "cancel" my lease early so they charged me a fee for something their store manager pushed me to do. If you try to upgrade and they do this be firm and tell them you want to continue leasing unless you're lease is already finished so you won't get penalized. read more

So let's not even talk about how the service sucks, it doesn't work anywhere, etc.. that's a given. But this particular location is crap. The people in there are always rude and because the store is usually empty, when a customer comes in they get annoyed and don't really want to help. Beware..this tmobile is like a legal scammer..pay attentions on their sweet talk to get you sign in with them bec. before you knew it,it's lies & your bills keep going up.unfortunately we are stuck for another 22 months unless we have to pay almost $2000. + for our devices.terrible mistake we did. read more
