He had placed a tooth that was too big onto the abutment causing severe pain by causing all my bottom teeth to shift like an orthodontic adjustment done too fast. In addition to that I had asked him prior to the implant if it was safe to have an implant at all due to having osteoporosis. he told me it was safe. After the procedure he told me we shouldn't have done the implant because my jawbone was too porous. I reminded him that he told me it was safe after I had told him I had osteoporosis and he said "oh" and looked at the floor. Also, when the second implant was done he left his assistant alone in the room to install the abutment part of the implant and was using an improper wrench causing the tool to slip repeatedly over the head of the metal parts. When he entered the room he told her the wrench she was using was too big. After looking up TX state laws I learned that dental assistants are not permitted to install parts of implants unattended by the dentist.

The lot that they are on now used to sit my favorite McDonalds back in 1999. Anyways enough with some history, this clinic is laid out they have a transparent aquarium, bright lit rooms, amazing dental hygienists, and a beautiful waiting room. The two dentists are Dr. Yang and Fung. As I prefer Dr. Yang over Dr. Fung because I remember my younger years with Dr. Yang. Dr. Yang to me is a lot nicer and sweet. She has a soft face. Now, Dr. Fung he is nice too, but he is a stricter when he recommends cleaning tips. I would say, he works better with the adults than the children. He also does the major dental operations like surgery. Oh and there is dental hygienist that has been there for years too. She is sweet. Overall, this dentistry is wonderful. When I asked about it, they said that's standard practice. Not sure if that's true for dental billing but it's 100% fraudulent for medical especially since the billing provider never even saw the patient. I also had to pay out of pocket for my crown because the office did not submit the notes to insurance and didn't inform me until it was past timely filing. Super incompetent, it would have been paid if they submitted the medical notes.
