Te lady is very nice. She cleaned my parents dirty as hell apartment with no complain. I feel sorry for her. I think it would be a lot easier if my parents home got some easy effort cleaning supplies but they dont. I would say she could have brought something just spray wait and easy wipe off spray bottles to do the cleaning. my parents kitchen is greasy as hell and she spent 2 hours on it. the bathroom is taking her almost 2.5 hours too and still missing some spot but the time is already over. So- About a week ago, I was playing Overwatch 2 on my Xbox One, after throwing my controller and knocking over my coke, I realized my room was an absolute filth-hole... When the cleaners arrived at my home a few days later, I quickly realized they didn't speak English, so we communicated through an online translator. I instructed them just to focus on my bedroom and gaming setup area and they responded with "okay 30 minutes" on the phone. 20 minutes later after going on a quick stroll to the corner store on my mobility scooter (to pick up more soda), I come back inside to find that they cleaned every room in the house, including my bathroom, which tends to be the dirtiest room in my house since I use a mobility scooter and have trouble reaching everything. And yes, you saw that right... THEY CLEANED MY THRONE (the toilet)!!! I'm freakin' amazed, great service! Now I can game in peace. read more

My place was a mess due to my long period of stress, but the Russian Cleaning Company was able to take away some of that stress. Someone was sent over and she deep cleaned my apartment (studio) for 3 whole hours. However, I'm giving this a 4/5 stars only because they bring in minimal equipment to clean, and since I don't have a vacuum cleaner, it was very difficult to clean the carpet. Unlike alot of the cleaning companies I've tried Russian Cleaning Company was very responsive and was able to do a clean SAME DAY when a different cleaner was unresponsive. Liudmila did a great job & was very thorough with the clean. They said they had their own cleaning supplies and the only thing we would need to supply was a vaccum. unfortunately, they ended up using up our cleaning supplies and all the rest of our trash bags. mildly disappointing, as that was part of the reason I hired them was that they said they would come with their own stuff. So, after using this service 2 or 3 times I can no longer recommend them. Did they do decent cleaning- yes. What went wrong - taking my cleaning rags including packaged unopened reusable cleaning cloths; the mysterious disappearance of all but one of my vacuum cleaner accessories; breaking multiple glasses and telling me nothing happened and not to worry about it; telling me vacuum cleaning was included in the price and then telling me if I ever wanted vacuuming services again (I have two area rugs) it would an additional $75 because bringing the vacuum was a problem for them. I requested a deep clean for my home. They provided two women to do the job. Given that it is a three bedroom home( only needed two cleaned), I was okay with the originally quoted price. The issue I had was both women worked in the same area for three hours. Then one indicated she had to leave . This left one person to complete the job. Needless to say it took her longer than the standard deep clean time. The owner then called to tell me the additional time would cost $75 more. This is not good business practice. Given the time spent and the money charged, I would have expected the job to be thorough. I have had to redust services surfaces and clean the second bathroom myself. My husband and I are both older and recovering from serious medical issues. We have not been able to keep up with cleaning and things got pretty dire. We ordered a deep cleaning, but we had no idea how deep it would be. The apartment looks better than when we moved in 20 years ago! The cleaners were prompt, cheerful, and professional. Are you ready for the 411? Here we go...so I was hesitant on using these services but my daughter recommended it and I trusted her opinion. How bad could it be? Well it was not bad at all! I just had some major renovations done to the house and the house was a mess with dust from the second floor to the basement. Well let me tell you, this company sent me two (2) ladies and there was some miscommunication in the beginning but it got straightened out. But back to the story, these ladies showed up and went to town on my house. By the time they left you couldn't tell I had any work to the house completed in the past 24 hours. They literally got on their hands and knees to clean certain areas and left each area sparkling. Please note they do not speak English which was fine with me, they will get their point across by using until their translation app. I was so pleased with the service that used it again. Lena and Erra are the best. Umida coordinates everything and responds very quickly. Did I mention you don't have to provide any supplies. They even brought over a commercial vacuum to help pick up all the dust and construction particles from the Sheetrock and sanding. I would recommend this service to anyone. They were on time and easy to schedule, but their website said the cleaner would bring their own cleaning supplies and they didn't so I had to scramble to find stuff for them to use. I ended up forgetting a scrub brush for the shower which resulted in that not being cleaned well. Overall only an okay clean. This is the best cleaning we have ever had ever period. I hired them for a standard clean, but after they started they suggested we needed a deep clean and wanted to spend more time. Let me preface this by saying, the employees do a wonderful job cleaning. They are quick and efficient and cheap. However, both times I made an appointment the time wasn't right. The first time the woman was an hour late, which I only found out about by messaging them (they did not contact me). For the second appointment, she was two hours early. Other reviews have said the employees don't speak much English and they don't speak any. Both appointments we ran into problems. The first appointment I thought we had communicated clearly that I was leaving and she could let herself out. But I received many missed calls from the company saying I had to come back and let her leave because the door doesn't automatically lock (it does). The second appointment, at one point my cleaning tech was asking for something and even with the translator apps we never quite figured out what the other was saying (and I did already show her where the vacuum and step ladder were, as per the yelp qualifications). So they are great at cleaning. But it's not a seamless experience. read more
