I was a first time customer. she kept trying to upsell me. I said let's see how the haircut comes out before other services are added on. So she finished in under 10 minutes even though my bangs were in my eyeballs and the sides were too long. I said I'll fix this at home. I just wanted to get out of there. She said no, no I'll fix it. I want you to be happy. So she took a quarter of an inch, maybe, off the bangs. The sides are uneven - one side is longer than the other and one side is more layered than the other side. What would be the top layer in the back wasn't cut at all. Do not use the one whose name begins with a B. I think I could do a better job and I'm really not a good hair cutter.
