They wouldn't give me the discount because the purchase was on two separate invoices which I would have done different had I known. When I asked if they could refund and add them to one invoice she said no. I flew back a couple of weeks after to pick up and make another purchase. I asked for a box / card board to pack the items in for transport in our Penske truck and they said they didn't have any. Didn't even try to help. Asked to switch a lamp shade to an exact lamp bottom to match a set and they said no. This store has good pricing and some great items but the staff should be more HELPFUL and thankful that people come in and spend money.
