I had already had food by the time I found this food truck, but really wanted to try their sides. I ordered the rustic russets and nomad street corn. The rustic russets are potato bites that are super crispy and seasoned. And the nomad street corn is elote (Mexican style) corn off of the cob. I can't tell you how much I loved these sides. Wow wow WOW. Their pineapple/Blue cheese burger has absolutely ruined all other burgers for me. Easily the best burger I've had in idk how long. Omg, and the potatoes? I can eat these for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dripped in my IV on my death bed. 10/10 Thank you Nate and Melita for your awesome customer service and delicious food. Just had these guys at Launchpad, and it was amazing!! Kids grilled cheese and hot dog were perfect! Wife had the Route 66 and rustic potatoes, amazing, and hit the spot. We had Rustic Nomads when we got beers at Station 26 brewing. Honestly the food was a five star, unfortunately I have to ding them a little for service. Station 26 was hosting a trivia night and it was absolutely slammed. Instead of waiting in line, we decided to place the order online and said it'd be about 15 minutes. We placed the order around 7 and got our food around 8:30? Apparently the online order had been booked for the next day so our ticket was pushed to the back. By the time we went out to check, the wanderlust sandwich was out of stock so we switched and got 2 continental divides. The side of fries was also out of stock so we switched to the street corn. By the time we got our food, the burger and corn was delicious. The people in the truck were super nice and accommodating and apologetic for the wait, but I likely wouldn't wait 1.5 hours in the future for a food truck. read more

Simply fantastic. The burger was so delicious. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh. And the taste was well balanced. You can clearly tell they put love into this food. The potato was awesome and the elote was very good. The only pointers I would give is on the elote. I felt it was too heavy on the cilantro as it over powered the other flavors such as the mayo. I do wish there was cotija. I am from San Antonio and we love cotija on our elote. So that point is more of a personal preference. However it was still extremely delicious. But I would for sure recommend this place as my number 1 burger place in Denver read more

We had enjoyed Rustic Nomads the first three or four times we tried it, so we decided to head to the new Lone Tree Brewing location in Parker on a Wednesday and see what changes have happened since the owner of Barnett and Son Brewing retired and sold his operation to Lone Tree. I ordered the Continental Divide burger with with Secret Sauce, Caramelized Onions, Lettuce and Banana Peppers. My wife got the Cajun Cordon Bleu chicken sandwich with ham, Swiss, creole mustard and aioli, and we split an order of the Rustic Russet fries. We got a burger patty with cheddar for our doggo - it's very nice to see a special $3 deal for our four legged companion... Everything was excellent. My burger had a lot of different flavors and textures going on, and my wife said her sandwich was fantastic - it's very rare for her to eat chicken she didn't cook herself. The russet fries were great - nice and crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside, just the way my wife likes 'em. The pooch loved her burger too. The service was fast and friendly - the very pleasant owner chatted and joked with the customers and his staff as they ordered and picked up their dinner. Everyone on the patio seemed to thoroughly enjoy their meal as well - people chowed down their meals like they hadn't eaten in three days. I will happily return to this excellent restaurant on wheels the next time they're at one of our local favorite watering holes. read more

Last night I was craving a burger and happy to see that Rustic Nomads was at Station26 last night. I had them before and never disappointed. I tried the Lone Ranger and it was a top 5 burger in my book. The combination of the pastrami, burger meat, caramelized onions and pesto was such an amazing combo the flavor just popped right on out. Rustic Nomads to the rescue after a morning of hiking! We stopped by Living The Dream brewery afterwards and I raised the roof when I saw they were parked outside. Have I ever had them before that? No but a burger is my standard post hike meal so I was excited for that alone. They had some creative choices on the menu and I went with a Continental Divide burger with fried russets. It took about 20-30 mins to get and when we did, was stoked to check it out. The potatoes were THICC and no complaints from me! Crunchy on the outside, cooked to perfect on the inside, they were salty, fried and everything I needed in my life at the moment, the burger was equally delicious, handheld and packed but didn't make a complete mess. The patty was cooked more on the well side (personally im a medium gal but they didn't ask) and also on the thinner side so just an fyi if that's a dealbreaker for you. This is one of the best food trucks that I have ever been to not just in the Denver area but ever. The burgers are wonderful, personal favorites are the Route 66 and the Continental Divide. Nobody makes 'fries' the way they do, called Rustic Russets these potato nuggets are crispy, wonderful bites dusted with salt and pepper and sent down from the potato gods for our enjoyment. The chicken was super tender and flavorful, and the bun was soft yet toasty. The potatoes...whoa. THE best grilled vegetarian sandwich I've had for about a year... thick slabs of mozzarella, pesto, tomato with crispy little potato nuggets and aolli. And maybe the nicest people ever. They were in a food cart by a pub sans food and I doubt I'll ever find them again. Would be great if they were in one permanent spot as I've had a super hard time finding decent food since moving here other than making it myself. My friend's Reuben Sammy was gorgeous and she said it was the best she's ever had. I'm not easily impressed when it comes to food, and also my need for a veggie option at a meat shack but this experience was memorable. read more

Rustic Nomads is some of my favorite food, and by far my favorite food truck in Denver. My partner and I have been following them for about a year - we look them up online and go to whatever brewery they're at just to get some tasty burgers, russets, and *amazing* garlic aoili. The fact they often park at breweries gives the added bonus of trying new craft brews while you eat. The burgers are incredible. I'm plant-based and they have a delicious veggie burger they customize to accommodate me, taking the time to go through each ingredient (including a dairy-free rosemary potatoe roll for the bun). Their BBQ sauce is tangy, vegan, and a great addition to any burger. You can tell they really care about their customers and their food, which results in the most friendly, personable, impeccable service. As many others have mentioned, when you go make sure to get the russet potatoes; my partner also says their garlic aoili is the best around. I couldn't recommend a food truck more highly. I found my own turkey sandwich incredibly difficult to eat as it presented more like an open-faced sandwich in need of a plate and cutlery. The sub roll literally wrapped halfway around the contents and fell apart after every attempt at a bight. I would have preferred a quarter of the oil (which was not in the menu description), as it overwhelmed most of the other flavors. SO MUCH OIL! Oil was going everywhere (Not in the menu description). My wife and I both got the turkey sandwiches, and neither had mustard (which was in the menu description). We both got a couple of banana peppers (also not in the menu description), and mine had a sundried tomato (also not in the menu description). SO MUCH OIL! For a $19 sandwich, the construction of the sandwich is flawed, and the flavors need tuning. Plus, they claim they are consistent with their menu, but my experience and other reviews tends to discredit that claim. You be the judge. With these changes, I would have gone back. However, while I did NOT get this feeling when I was there at all, but in reading that response to my daughter's review, and their responses to many other negative reviews, I now believe they have a huge chip on their shoulders and lash out more than is acceptable, which is zero. I'm sorry for their attitude because I predict it will be their downfall. I rate them at two stars because of the attitude that I experienced after we left, and seeing their online responses. I would've otherwise given them three stars because of the food.

I wanted to dine in but also wanted to be considerate of closing, so I took my order ToGo. At home and two bites in, I realized I got the wrong sandwich! What should've been chicken I discovered some bad cheese, mayo and a hot dog (ick!). Something I absolutely did not want. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. $23 down the drain and an evening of being sick was so not worth it!

It's reasonably priced considering the location, and there are no other authentic Japanese bakeries nearby that specialize in souffle-style Asian cheesecake. Yes, there are Eurasian bakeries like EBakery next door, Yum Yum across the street, or Tous Les Jours around the corner, but they don't make fresh cheesecake. Second, I like their limited menu, which means that's all they do and that they perfect it. Japanese souffle cheesecakes are clearly the best when eaten fresh and jiggly, but if that's not an option, you can always refrigerate them and enjoy that slightly dense, creamy texture, still airy. Also, these cheesecakes are naturally not very sweet. They have just enough sweetness to add a touch of flavor, unlike American cheesecakes, which are full of sugar and dense cream cheese. Their cream puffs are, again, on the same limited menu. They have only a few flavors. They are airy and fluffy, not too sweet. Their shells also remind me of soboro bread. Unlike Italian or American cream puffs that have chewiness to the shell. As far as service goes, I appreciate the cashier's patience in explaining each ingredient, what's best, and how to store them and their shelf life. Since they only use limited, whole, natural ingredients, he thoroughly explained how long each item stays good. I do like the idea of bottomless boba drinks as long as you're shopping at H Mart. That's nice, but given its location, it can be inconvenient. Still, the idea is good, I guess. Maybe in the future, if they can incorporate a small cafe setting to sit and enjoy unlimited boba drinks and serve cheesecake by the slice, that might be more feasible with the bottomless tea idea or by relocating near the cafeteria area, which would make more sense.

Unfortunately, we got these on our way out of Hmart and didn't get to take advantage of that. We took our mini cakes home and ate them there. Overall everything was alright. I would go again to try the bigger original cheesecake.

It's frustrating to pay an upcharge for non-dairy milk and then not receive it, so I hope more care can be taken with orders like this. They were terrific, we were parched after the M Mart event, and the tea shop was just a mile further south, so we stopped there before heading home. The shop is in a strip shopping center. There is an overhead sign, but the lettering on the windows is extremely hard to see--at least with the setting sun hitting them. We finally found the shop and shared a Yuzu shaken tea. A friendly staffer quickly prepared the drink for us. It was just as delicious as the sample we tried earlier at M Mart. The chance to sit quietly while enjoying a delicious drink definitely rejuvenated us from the bustle of the M Mart event. This is a neat shop with a curated selection of interesting drinks plus a couple of snacks. We'll definitely return when we're back in the area.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying some truly outstanding food from Rustic Nomads several times now, and I must say, it completely blows me away every time! First and foremost, the food is absolutely phenomenal! Their burgers, sandwiches, and their sides are full of flavor that left me wanting more. The burgers were perfectly juicy, the pastrami sandwich was amazing, the rustic russets and nomad street corn are the perfect sides. Each dish had its own distinct flavor, and I couldn't get enough. However, what truly sets Rustic Nomads apart is the owner, Nate. He's a friendly individual who genuinely cares about his customers.
