We arrived early at 5pm and it was already packed! The secret is out! Service was friendly. Margs were delicious. Good was great. Loved that the Burria tacos are crispy and not so oily that so many places get wrong. Chips, salsa and guacamole were great. Breakfast burritos all day which made my friend and husband very happy. I tried a few different ones, the Carnitas, the Barbacoa, and the Lengua. I was full with three, but it was so good. I ordered a fourth and my husband who normally gets my leftovers - didn't get any leftovers from me this time! He got a couple different tacos from what I had largely. We ordered about the same, but he got the shrimp which he said was delicious as well. I also tried the signature, Bellanova margarita - I must say that was a little unexpected, not your traditional margarita it was very sweet, so probably not something I'd order again since I prefer stronger tasting drinks, but the coconut flavor in it was delicious if you like coconut. The service was excellent! When we arrived, the interior was super packed and super loud so I was very relieved when we got to sit on the back patio, which turned out great because even though there was a little noise there, we were able to hear each other much better. The server was excellent. She kept checking on us. She answered all our questions and was very kind and accommodating. I've been thinking about the tacos since then, it's been about a week, I can't wait to go back.

Ordering from the touchscreen kiosk is quick and straightforward, and the staff were all incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely enjoy being there. The food absolutely exceeded expectations. The crunch wrap was completely out of this world--hands down one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. We also started with chips and dips, which were fantastic and the perfect way to kick off the meal. And of course, the Mexican sodas were a must! It ranged from light spice to very spicy. There wasn't one that was just mild. I tried the 3 middle ones and all had their own unique flavor and spice to it. The tacos were a bit disappointing. The steak and carnitas were fairly dry. I ended up dipping my carnitas into the consomme and that helped. I also did not notice much of a difference in my taco shell for the birria. It does cost extra to make the birria, so I wasn't thrilled about that. The consomme was a good compliment to the birria though. I will probably come back and try a burrito from this restaurant. What made the experience even worse was that by the end of the meal, the service had become so bad that we were literally trying to pay just so we could leave, and even the manager could not seem to bring themselves to come process the payment in a timely manner. We sat there waiting just to give them our money and leave. Finally a different manager told us we can just leave no need to pay. Unfortunately, the bad service completely overshadowed the meal and made the overall experience frustrating enough that we would not return.
