I really enjoyed the Chicken Shawarma, which was comprised of a warm soft housemade flatbread stuffed with tender pieces of marinated chicken, romaine lettuce, craisin, cucumber, tomato, & a creamy yogurt sauce. The store, though, is very interesting and I would not hesitate to buy some of their imported goods, but doubt that I would get sandwiches again. Too bad, I had high hopes. After living in Framingham almost 7 years, I have yet to find a great sub shop. When we lived in the North Shore, great sub shops seemed to be everywhere.

Gnocchi were a bit denser than we like. Our other main was the Seafood Paella. On the plus side it had a lot of seafood in it, mussels, Shrimp, Scallops and a white fish. All of the sish was cooked well and was tender and juicy. However it did not appear to be cooked in a Paella pan so you didn't get some of those bites of crispy rice and the seasoning was off it had no saffron or tomatoes like I am used to. It was more like a plain rice that they added peas, carrots, and red pepper. Just didn't taste like any form of the paella that I have eaten previously. Not sure if FBC sells fresh out of the oven pizza. Nevertheless, the reheated pizza was amazing. Crispy crust, chewy dough, and probably what stands out the most is their cheese. My favorite take out from FBC though is their Midnight Chocolate Cake. This is my go-to snack during the quarantine. Goes well with iced coffee or milk!
