Lived in Holliston 30 years and tonight was the first time having Bazel's pizza and probably my last, it was okay but when you open box and you see the pizza cheese burnt or very dark and the bottom very dark you know it's overcooked but I guess I could be blamed for that because when I ordered on line it asked you how do you want it cooked and it had a bunch of boxes they wanted you to check off on how you wanted it cooked but I didn't check any of them but regardless it wasn't anything to write home about . I found it to be really salty and the cheese was crispy not cheesy, I've lived without it for 30 years I think I can go another 30 I'll stick to town house pizza. read more

In true Greek fashion one does not leave this restaurant hungry. The staff is super friendly with plenty of seating in a comfortable dining room. Everything I've had has been top-notch. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was really good and the meat lovers was even better. Triple Smashburger is unlike any burger I've ever had, juicy and tasty. Update: This incredible restaurant continues to be our go to 5 STAR option! It is not your usual pizzeria. They constantly update their menu items. This is the only pizzeria that I know also does incredible dishes from salads to salmon bowl in addition to their high quality pizza. They just rolled out their Spring specials. We'll definitely try them soon. FYI their house salad is delicious and healthy: chicken, walnut, cranberries, generous amount of Spring mix lettuce, and a side packet of balsamic vinaigrette. I have been here a couple times and I can say that the pricing for the food and the amount of menu options is what attracted me to this restaurant. Now I ordered subs and grinders while also ordering pizzas. The pizzas are great quality for their price. They serve it hot and make sure it's hot. The service makes sure you're taken care of as long as you communicate with them what's bothering you. Although I have found lighter portion sizes from the vegetable addons in subs and grinders. That's been my biggest issue is the stinginess of the condiments and portions. read more

These subs are amazing. We are visiting family in Holliston. We are from Los Angeles and these are the best meatball subs we've ever had! They're flavorful and filling. Great value. The service is quick and they seemed friendly. We liked the subs so much we got them again before we hopped on the train to the airport. Five stars! read more

I moved back after years and it's been hard to find a good pizza place. Finally found Bazel's! While the prices are a bit high, I imagine due to inflation, the food is extremely good. Who would have thought to make a pizza that tastes exactly like jalapeño poppers, though it could use more blobs of cream cheese. The best part was the orange puff for dessert. I quite enjoy light and airy desserts and this just hits the spot. Their meatball and chicken parmigiana sandwiches are tasty and filling. The restaurant itself could use a makeover, but I love their logo and branding and the service is accomodating. If you want greasy food, head to Bazel's! This should be every teen's hang out spot (when the prices come down). read more

First thing you realize when you enter is the place is very clean. Good sign. Chicken cutlet sub had lots of chicken. Topped it off with lettuce, mayo and pickles. Bazel's always looks very clean, the staff is always friendly and food comes out in a pretty reasonable amount of time it always tastes very fresh and flavorful. I love their Grilled Chicken Gyros and their Bazel's House salad. I've also had their pizza and some subs and it's also always very tasty! Everything is at a pretty reasonable price as well, I definitely recommend this place for a quick bite. read more

Horrible! Food was disgusting. Girl who took order was unpleasant. $32.00 for a fish sandwich and steak, cheese & mush sub which had no cheese or mushrooms in it. Waited a bit. People came in and out. Cook finally noticed I was sitting waiting for my order and went over himself to get it. He was very nice. Anyway way, the sandwich were gross. Stopped in after a soccer tournament with the family. Really nice dining area, with a mix of high top seating and regular tables that seat 4. Good menu selection - with a lot of what you would expect from a pizza & sub shop and some unique menu items. We ordered a cheese pizza, eggplant parm sub, meatball sub and a BLT. Food was quick and good - the eggplant parm was the real standout, and the rest of the food was good as well. Greek style pizza, a bit greasy but crisp crust. The owners and staff really go above and beyond - bring out out the food to your table right when it is ready and the owners checked in twice with my family to make sure we were comfortable and offered to pull up a second table for us if we wanted. When we were done, the owners had lollipops for my young kids. Wish I took a picture of the food, but everyone was so hungry and the food went too fast - but definitely worth a stop if you're in the area! read more

I'm glad this isn't the first time I've had Bazel's, or else I'd never go back. This sub was super dry and barely warm, and the "extra cheese" I asked for didn't really do a whole lot for me since it was still cold and not melted at all. Went here for the first time after logging some miles on the bike path with the wife. Ordered the buffalo chicken sub and my wife got the chicken cutlet sub. Overall the subs were pretty good. Order was correct and they were prompt on the prep. Unfortunately ordered the "broccoli cheddar bites" and received frozen processed giant triangles that had the fakest bacon in them. Luckily I wasn't vegetarian. Appetizer was a huge disappointment, I'm assuming the "Mac and cheese" bites are exactly as processed and manufactured as the broccoli bites. Please make sure you add " with bacon" in the description next time. read more

I stopped here on a Friday night on my way to the Cape. The place was spacious with lots of seating. I ended up splitting a Buffalo Chicken Calzone and Fried Mac n Cheese Wedges with a friend while our other friend got Buffalo Chicken Tenders and a Caesar Salad. We got the large calzone on the recommendation of the cashier (who was very nice) and it was HUGE. I would say it feeds two if you have a big appetite but can feed three with sides or an app. We loved the calzone! The ratio of dough was perfect and there was cheese coming out of the top. Our friend who didn't get the calzone was jealous and commented about how perfectly made it looked (don't worry we gave him a piece). The mac n cheese wedges were okay. The macaroni on the inside reminded be of kraft mac n cheese (thin cylinder macaroni) and I probably wouldn't get it again because of that. I think the onion rings might have been a better decision. My other friend's meal looked okay but nothing special. Bottom line, this was the perfect spot to break up our drive and we thoroughly enjoyed the calzone but everything else was standard. read more
