When asked, they'll cook the crust well done, the way I like it. They also make a variety of very cool specialty pies that others in the house gravitate to. I like to order my toppings a la carté, usually pepperoni + roasted red peppers (or pepperoni + mushrooms; or all three). Roasted peppers--not raw--are a must for me.
