Butch (owner) was top notch, and answered all our questions quickly and handled any issues. Common area is huge and well stocked with comfortable furniture and eating areas, large bathrooms and spotless kitchen were both great We had one tiny issue with hot water in the showers but we got that handled quickly. There is a powerful hose located next to a expanded metal deck to wash machines off.

We were closely monitoring the weather and had a reservation for Friday. The weather did not appear to be in our favor so we contacted Amber. She was such a doll! She agreed that Thursday would be our best option and since she had availability she rescheduled us. We arrived at 8am and after a safety brief, she provided a highlighted map of where we needed to go. It took us about 5 hours to complete our mission, so much fun. The ATVs were in good working order and the helmets fit just fine. I highly recommend Amber and BAC! P.S. if you are a geocacher, CALL! Don't book online.

Their web site was easy to use and allowed me to reserve the unit with no problems less than 12 hours before pickup. The pricing was straightforward and transparent. The unit was clean and in top working order. The lady at the front desk and the workmen were very nice and helpful, even to the point of having rolls of quarters available to buy so that I could clean off the mud at the nearby self service car wash before returning the unit. I highly recommend getting the GPS tablet, which made it a stress-free day since I always knew where I was on the trails.

In the very near future you will see a new office/general store along with additional rv sites added near our trail gate, after that will come more cabins opposite those rv sites. WOW, that's a lot to accomplish in just 1 1/2 years, we're literally moving "mountains" of dirt ! My problem is we just can't build them quick enough for all the riders who have expressed overwhelming interest in staying with us. I gotta share this. We stayed this weekend in the A frame going into Gilbert in the curve. That…read morelittle building is older than I am. We paid for two nights. $344.00. On the first full day there yesterday the toilet flapper broke. We called Mountain Top Adventures yesterday to ask them to come fix it. We emailed them last night. Nothing. No response. This morning, 16 hours after we called and emailed the rental, they showed up as we were leaving and was angry about My Google review of this business this morning. Not bothering to return our requests to come fix the one toilet in this tiny cabin. The guy in the red truck immediately called me a quote, "entitled PRICK" for daring to ask for the toilet to be fixed 16 hours ago. Pretty much the worst customer service from a rental company or leasing agency in my life. I've stayed in Dallas, Denver, DC, Orlando and many other places. I was embarrassed that these Gilbert business owners would treat people from out of town like this. I'm from there. He didn't know I grew up four miles away from this cabin in Verner. He even said he was going to charge me a maintenance fee because we broke the flapper chain LOL. They won't refund my deposit. Keeping my $100 deposit over a $2 toilet flapper chain. These people are crooks. If you're from out of town, then they hate you. Whatever family in Gilbert is running Mountain Top Adventures should be ashamed of themselves. They can keep my measly $100 deposit. I'll never stay in Gilbert again.

This was 1 of the funnest things we did in Red River Gorge. We rode 20 miles off rode terrian in the woods and,around the old Kentucky railroad trails. The scenery was beautiful. We obited for the 2 hour tour but i think it was like 2 1/2 so it isn't rushed. One of the best experience we had. This was awesome, seriously off roading fun! Take it out and play with it.
