He took the time to come with us to various vendors to look at slabs that would be ideal for our kitchen. He was patient with us as we were very selective about the design of the natural stone. It's quite a long process. Once the stone was selected Julio and his team handled the rest of the process: picking it up/ fabrication, and install. Any piece that we were not happy with, the team would take the stone back until it was perfect. The value and quality of workmanship was excellent. My stone feels like a masterpiece and I enjoy cleaning my kitchen countertops. Ultra Countertops didn't just do a kitchen remodel, they worked with us, saw our vision, listened to us, and most importantly the work they did will have an impact/impression/great memories of guests / family coming to our house. Ultra countertops did not cut any corners. They kept in touch, communication/status of the project. It took awhile for her to draw out the plans and communication via email and phone was a lot of phone tag and more drawn out than I would have liked. They installed all the cabinets, hardware, and countertops pretty quickly. I think it took them about three days. I'm sure it was an easier job because the house was vacant and my new floors weren't in yet. The morning they installed the new cabinets, Eileen reached out to me to let me know that the cabinet drawer pulls I picked out was no longer available due to insufficient quantities. I ended up having to pick some up at Home Depot. It was annoying and I feel like she should have checked their stock earlier. It would have given me more time to browse for drawer pulls. After the cabinets were installed, I reached out to Eileen to see if someone could come replace a cabinet drawer that had a very obvious dent to it and fix some scratches on cabinets. Her team did come out to do so and I appreciated that. However, I was disappointed considering the house was vacant and there shouldn't be those issues right off the bat. Eileen blamed my contractor who was installing backsplash. I considered that to be a possibility but based on where the dent and scratches were, it didn't make sense. I've lived in my new house for six months and I can now say that the quality of the cabinets aren't that great. There are a lot of nicks, in weird spots. It reflects the mediocre quality of the cabinets. Some of the cabinets are high up or rarely used, yet they have nicks and scratches. I invested in the magic corner cabinet and I wouldn't get it again. It's not as convenient as I expected. A lazy susan is more functional and cheaper. However, they didn't have a magic corner cabinet available in their showroom to see in person. The prices at TT cabinets was comparable to other quotes I received elsewhere. They were the only store that had the magic cabinet available. However, I wouldn't use them again for future projects solely based on the wear and tear of the cabinets.

They had the best and most reviews compared to the other companies we looked at, and the best pricing. Johnny went out of his way to purchase the sink, faucet (both Kohler), and garbage disposal from Costco and passed the costs directly to us with no markup. The demo, new countertops, and all plumbing hookups were completed in about six hours. Our kitchen was only out of service for that single day, whereas other companies told us the installation could take several days. Not having a working kitchen for that long would have been a huge inconvenience. Inland Cabinets made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. I highly recommend them.
