At first, the team was incredibly responsive and scheduled an appointment right away. Then, on the…read moreday of the appointment, 20 minutes before they were to arrive, they asked to reschedule without providing a reason. I was counting on their services and they abandoned the job. I made multiple attempts to reschedule by text (a process they initiated) and by telephone. After a few replies by text, they became non-responsive and just disappeared. It's a shame since they came so highly recommended by my realtor and other reviews online. Based on the lack of professionalism and ability to keep an appointment, I highly recommend you look elsewhere for cleaning services. I cannot and will not recommend Cabana Boys Cleaning Services. Shame on the team for their lack of professionalism and follow-through for a scheduled job they agreed to complete over a week in advance.
