We all normally get the lunch specials that includes a two topping mini pizza, salad and soft drink. I normally get the mini pizza with salad and upgrade to the garden salad. The garden salad is always very fresh and they have more veggies such as cucumbers, cauliflower and broccoli. It is an additional cost but worth it. Rusty's also gives packets of sunflower seeds, croutons and bacon bits. The mini pizza includes two toppings. I often order my pizza with bell peppers and mushrooms. Rusty's is a good "go-to" place for pizza. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. Plus, Rusty's supports the community. They adorned the place with soccer and little league banners. When we donate blood at Houchin Blood Bank, there's usually a Rusty's coupon that goes along with it. But, come on, this is pizza we're talking about. Rusty's uses fresh ingredients. There are only two of us, but we ordered a large mushroom, olive and bell pepper because we like to have leftovers. You get your choice of thin or deep dish. We chose the deep dish because I like a doughy crust. The sauce wasn't too heavy. The blend and quantity of our toppings were perfect. My wife took a chance and ordered a glass of red wine. She said it was okay, which is a high compliment coming from her. (I think it would be a lot to expect a family pizza parlor to have an extensive selection of wine.) We ordered a garden salad and they give you dressing, bacon bits, and honey roasted sunflower seeds (nice touch). We sat in the front gathering room and our server turned on a bowl game for us. We order a simple two-topping pizza - we stopped ordering a combo some time ago because the toppings were sparse for the money, but the pizza was good. There was a streak about a year ago where the sauce wasn't consistent - either too little or two much. Tonight is was non-existent. We had a party planned at the Rusty on Wible Rd., had made reservations there or so we thought ; they never wrote it down though we checked and it was ok til 1 day prior to party! So it was a rush to find place as invitations had gone out! My daughter called the White lane and manager Regina Moreno was so understanding , caring & helpful ! If I could put zero stars, I would, it deserves less than that. Pizza was cold when we got it, the chicken was old and was just re-fried, and when we called and asked if they could redo it, they denied it to us in person and said that we "caused an altercation and cussed at the employees over wanting a pizza redone," despite the fact that it wasn't even over the pizza to begin with. The employees were extremely disrespectful and lied about trying to give us a refund "online" despite the fact that we paid in cash. They also called corporate and slandered us by making the "altercation" in question worse over the phone and we were even denied a refund because of this behavior. We will be calling corporate until we get this matter resolved, but I encourage anyone reading this to never visit this location due to the absolute mockery of customer service and the below subpar pizza that you can get anywhere else but there. read more

I see 2 workers in the very back corner chatting flirting whatever they were doing and this girl sitting on the floor on her phone. Came here to watch the game and get some pizza. I guess the place has been here for a while but its pretty clean inside. We ordered pizza,wings, salad, potatoe wedges and chicken. The salad wad kind of small but fresh. The chicken was good and warm. The buffalo wings were not as hot like they had been sitting out. The pizza was delicious especially the crust. The girl at the register was not that knowlegable about the birthday post cards. But the young lady that brought out our food was very friendly and kepts asking if we needed anything else. She didn't know the prices or the menu, and became upset when I was ordering but she couldn't figure it out. She made me repeat myself bcuz she became confused then proceeded to tell after she quoted me three different prices that 'there's tax ya know.' I'm sad to leave a poor review but the bottom line is that this pizza was terrible. How badly can you mess up pepperoni pizza? I wanted to give this place a chance after seeing the delivery car driving in my neighborhood. My husband tried to order online but the website was very slow. You have to sign up for an account in order to place an order. It then took forever to get the confirmation of registration before we could even place our order. Then it told us we had placed a duplicate order and weren't able to have it delivered. My husband had to call to make sure it was clear we weren't driving there to pick it up. It was almost an hour between placing the order online when it arrived at our door. Sadly, our pizza was barely warm when it got here. Heating it on the microwave didn't even help the taste (it was a degree below Digiorno pizza quality) So disappointing that we paid $28. We also never received an ETA for delivery so we could secure our dog in advance. My husband called and then 2 seconds later the door bell rang. We were pretty hungry at that point, yet despite the long wait- the terrible taste made us toss the last 4 slices. I visited the white lane location and the employees and customer service was horrible! I couldn't believe how bad It was considering how expensive their pizza is. Manager/cashier gave me attitude and assumed I was giving him a hard time and said to me "don't ever talk to me like that again hommie" when all I said was "thanks man" when he gave me some ranch and my card didn't go through so I ended up paying with cash. I tried asking what the problem was between us but all he would say was "nothing hommie" The employee then stared me down and followed right behind me as I walked out the door and to my car! Who does that? The look of the restaurant and employees were vary unprofessional and just ruined my whole experience to where I barely even wanted to eat the pizza. This place must not know we are currently in a world wide pandimic. We walked into this facility to place a to go. The person taking our order did not sanitize the counter. Even thou they had a sign stating that counter was to be sanitized after ever customer.
