Shoutout to Ignacio - his customer service was excellent - which is rare these days. The pizza and wings are bomb too

The pizza is great if you can get it when it's hot. We ordered pizza for pickup, when I arrived only two guest dining-in eating pizza already. There were a few employees behind the counter, nobody came to the front to assist me. I have nerve damage in my lower extremities so standing for too long hurts. Not to mention, there's a sign on the counter that's says pizza that is done will be placed on the counter, and to have a seat if the pizza isn't there. So I sat. I'm sitting in the dinning area, table directly in front of the checkout counter, I'm facing the checkout counter. An employee even walked out right by me, made eye contact, checked out the salad bar and then went back to the kitchen without ever asking if I needed assistance or if anyone had helped me yet. A little time goes by, employees are walking around the kitchen where they can see me, nobody coming out to ask how they can help me or to take my order. Some other woman comes in and kitchen staff immediately come to the front counter to help her. I got up to get in line now that some customer service is being offered but a family rushed in the line ahead of me to order. So I'm just standing there, with our pizza done and ready getting cold sitting up on top of their oven, not out on the counter where the sign says pizza is placed when it's done. While I'm standing there waiting for the customer in front of me to finish ordering and paying, another employee comes out to the checkout counter, makes eye contact with me but turns his back and starts sorting ranch. He could have easily just grabbed our finished pizzas and breadsticks and brought it out to me since we had already paid online, or maybe even just asked, "how can I help you?" Any of the many times he made eye contact with me, but he didn't. I was completely ignored. It was finally my turn to get some help. I asked where the pizza is kept once it's finished, so the server pointed to the top of the oven where they pulled our pizza down from. The pizza wasn't even warm enough to feel heat coming from the boxes when they handed them to me. Why I had to wait for others to come in and kick the kitchen staff into customer- service mode is beyond me, unless their kitchen staff is all racist? What other reason could this behavior be? Staff should be rushing to the counter to help every customer the same. So tell me why I was ignored the way I was, yet the kitchen staff rushed in to provide service to other people before me as soon as they walked in? This pizza isn't good enough to be eating it cold and hard after being treated poorly by staff. Get rid of the sign instructing online orderers to have a seat and wait if you're not going to assist customers sitting in your dining room. read more

Pizza factory has surprisingly become one of my favorite pizza spots in town. The service is always fast and friendly. It's has that classic pizza place vibes inside. The prices are pretty decent and the pizza is always pretty good. The crust is nice and toasty and always has a good ratio of sauce and toppings. On a side note make sure you pick up some of their bread sticks they are pretty damn good. If you haven't tried this place I recommend you do, you won't be disappointed. read more

A friend and I came in at 8 PM today looking to chat and chill while enjoying a couple personal pizzas. When we get to the counter to order, the cashier informed us that all orders were to go at that point. I REALLY dislike when restaurants do this. If your business hours state "open until 9 PM", the expectation is to be able to sit and enjoy our food in house. We ended up sitting outside the restaurant on a seating wall as it was late and don't live nearby. The pizza, was good, no complaints there. Pizza is good crust not too thick pepperoni nice and cooked on the edges. Sauce has good taste and real cheese. They have good deals on lunch specials and family meals. I'd like to give them 3.5 stars because in my opinion it's good pizza, but I'm not rounding up to 4 this time because it's not a family fave. Positives: 1. they have a dine-in option in a nice clean, modern atmosphere. There are a couple tvs around. 2. They don't skimp on toppings! 3. Crusts are good - traditional is light and gf has a good flavor. Negatives: 1. I feel like they're a little on the pricey side. Just a little. But all prices are too high these days. 2. They don't skimp on the toppings, so the large pizza soaked the bottom of the box in the middle, creating some issues as the lining began to disintegrate into the pizza crust. 3. I don't mind sliced tomatoes on my pizza but the other members of my family HATE that. The barbecue chicken pizza is packed with toppings and a sloppy abundance of barbecue sauce. The sliced tomatoes might be off-putting to some. Our pepperoni sausage pizza is as very good, with toppings from crust to crust. My favorite pizza of our order was the Greek pizza! Nice balance of flavors! All in all this is a nice addition to the Bako pizza scene. read more

The Pizza Factory is a charming spot that my sister and I stumbled upon, and I'm so glad we did! We were immediately sold when we saw their impressive salad bar. It's rare to find a salad bar with such a vast selection of fresh veggies. We also ordered the mini pizzas, though I didn't get to try them because I was too full from the salad. However I sister said that the pizza was really me of the tops in Bakersfield. The service was fantastic--the staff was very kind and took the time to explain their cool menu to us. They have great lunch specials that offer excellent value. Additionally, they have a great selection of beers, perfect for pairing with pizza. This place is definitely worth a visit! read more

We came here for the buffet and it was really good. We asked if they could make a vegetarian because I only eat vegetarian pizza and they made a half of one with half of cheese. The cheese pizza is really good too. There was breadsticks, salad bar, and potato wedges. Very good and we'll be back. Great price for the money. read more

This joint is perfect. I've been waiting for one to come to Bakersfield, California I usually visit the lone pine and Bishop locations. You can't beat the all you can eat salad bar and it's not one of those one trips it's really all you can eat. We ordered our pizza to go for my daughter's birthday party. For two large pizzas and one X-Large, it was $60 dollars which is a fair price. The combo is one of the best I've had. Went for a late lunch and caught the last 45 minutes of the lunch buffet. There was still a good selection of pizza and other hot items and the salad bar was well stocked. The pizza here is loaded with cheese and toppings and tastes good, so it's very filling. I did want some more pizza but it was almost all gone and then they put another pizza out with several different topping choices. That was awesome. It's priced pretty cheap as well. Voiced my displeasure with the guy who initially said they didnt have my order, but he didnt seem to care.. Great food, great service and great music. We got the family deal for $40 with XL 2 topping pizza, bread sticks, ranch, wings and 4 drinks was enough food and a great deal for our family. Pizza has the right amount of sauce, cheese, and topping. The crust was perfectly crisp like I like it. Wings and breadsticks are perfectly seasoned. Wings were gone before I could get a picture. Decided to try a new pizza place and chose this one. I'm really glad we did! The location is small but had enough room for our party of 10. There are lots of TVs around so we were able to watch the game while we ate dinner. Our server Isaac went above and beyond for everyone! He was so kind and friendly. He was friendly and efficient. Honestly, I would go back just because of how great of service he provided. The food having great taste also helps though. They did not skimp on toppings and had an awesome special that saved us some money. The salad bar was fresh and had a variety of toppings to choose from. I placed an order on the store website and was told my order would be delivered at 3:34 pm. At 4:09 pm I called the store and they initially could not find my order and claimed that orders placed online at their website often go to the wrong store. I gave them all of the receipt info including confirmation it was placed at their Bakersfield store and they found my order. They then stated it was delivered through door dash and they would call and see where it was. I received a call back at 4:35 pm stating it was left at my door by Door Dash. I requested a refund since my food was now very cold and I did not place my order through Door Dash for this reason. The manager "Kyler" stated they would need the food back in order to refund, but they could not come back out and get the food. I ordered delivery in the first place because I am sick and recovering from pneumonia so I could go out to pick up food. Nothing on their website indicates they now use Door Dash for delivery and there is no way that it should be my fault that they did not give proper information at the time that I placed the order or when I called the store. I should not have to pay for food that has been sitting outside my door for over an hour due to their lack of communication. read more
