What a great vibe - delicious pizza with a hint of Indian flavor and great beer. We walked up and ordered, service was fine and it took about 15-20 mins to get our food. They only offer Individual pizzas from The food truck and they were a tad expensive. But I get it, food truck was probably an investment. We ordered the vegetarian pizza (added jalapeños and pineapple) and was able to modify it (such as remove the olives) which I appreciate. I don't know how I haven't put a review on this location yet. One of my favorite pizza places in town, with a twist. There have been several new pizza places opening up in Bakersfield and this one stands out to me, amongst the rest of them, due to the quality of the ingredients, as well as service. I had been wanting to go here for several months but since it's a few more miles away than the usual pizza options I had always put it off. Once I drove the extra few miles, it has become a regular in our rotation of pizza. The twist of this place is they sell a variety of Indian inspired options. Whether it's a regular option or possibly a spicier option, they have what you're looking for. The dough is on point, which to me is key for a good quality pizza. I would say their location is definitely large enough for bigger groups or family functions, as well as having a side location for parties or events. They have multiple televisions, which play the various sports channels, to go along with the beer on tap, as well as their delicious side options. Their wings are on point, the wedges are probably some of the best in town and I'll get around to trying some of their other options in the future. I will for sure upload some additional photos on my next visit. One of the better pizza establishments in town. Woah! This pizza bar lives up to its name! The restaurant is spacious, clean, and family friendly. They have tvs to watch your favorite sports team while enjoying hot fresh delicious pizza! They even have bar seating if that's your thing! The staff were so kind, prompt, and friendly, you could tell that it was family run by how much care they put into the food and taking orders. Really a great team of people doing what they love. Now time for the food! The waffle fries were fresh, crispy, and tasty! The Garlic Desi Cheese Bread was ooey gooey cheesy jalapeño goodness served atop soft bread with a slight crunch. And last but not least the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza! This pizza was by far the best pizza I've ever had and well let's just say I've eaten many slices of pizza in my lifetime. The food is always delicious and comes out nice and hot, and all the sides are great too. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the cleanliness. During football season, we come every Sunday and stay for a few hours, and the same tables stay dirty the entire time. We've also noticed trash in the restrooms that doesn't get cleaned week to week. When this place first opened, it was very clean and enjoyable, but it hasn't been maintained the same way. It could really benefit from stronger management outside of the family. read more

I had pizza from the Pizz-a-Perfection food truck today. As a county employee, I was excited to see the food truck on-site. When I placed my order, I noticed that the food was already ready, which is often a red flag. The pepperoni pizza had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for a while--the sauce was dried up, some of the toppings were burnt, and the crust was a bit dry. From the reviews, it seems like this place might be decent if you eat in, but I wouldn't recommend their food truck. It wasn't good. I actually took the second piece of pizza that I ordered, as they had a deal for two pieces for eight dollars. I put it on a plate and left it in front of the county building for a homeless person to eat. I don't believe in wasting food, but I couldn't eat it myself. But it taste just like Indian food because the bread of the pizza taste like naan bread. I have been following the reviews on yelp since they opened and finally when a friend recommended it and said that the pizza was the best that he had had I definitely had to give them a try. I attempted to call my order in at about 1 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon. the gentleman that answered the phone asked if I could be put on hold, I agreed and unfortunately I remained on hold for six minutes until I finally lost patience and hung up the phone. I was a little bit irritated but again I was really looking forward to trying this place so I picked up the phone dial the number again. They picked up right away and a different gentleman took my order. The pizza itself was excellent. The dough had a nice yeast flavor to it similar to what you would find in a more of an old-school pizzeria. All the toppings refresh that was definitely enough sauce, cheese and pepperoni on it. One thing that I did notice about this Pizza definitely sit out for me was that it was not that greasy. We wanted pizza the other night and I have been eyeballing this spot for a long time, so we finally did some take out for date night. We settled on the drunken waffle fries and Buffalo chicken pizza. I ordered online and it took awhile for the order to get acknowledged and started, but Saturday nights are usually busy in take out and restaurants so I respect that. The order was done in time for the updated promised time. My husband picked up, he said customer service was just ok. We were split on the pizza. I really enjoyed it, except I did hope for it to be a little spicier Buffalo sauce. Despite that, the crust was delicious and the ingredients seemed pretty fresh. My husband thought it was pretty average and not worth splurging for. We did both agree the drunken waffle fries were our favorite! Super tasty, just wish they were a bit crispier is all.
